The October 1998 update issued by The M+G+R Foundation was a reminder of the past and future consequences of not responding to the requests from Heaven through the Fátima events. A few days later, on October 28, Heaven underscored the reminder when Yeltsin appointed Primakov, a former communist strong man, as the new Russian Prime Minister. About thirteen months later, on the first day of the last year of the 20th century, January 1, 2000, another former communist strong man and KGB boss, Vladimir Putin assumes the helm in Russia.

A technically democratic and, some claim, converted, Russia, bankrupt and humiliated has a former hard line communist and KGB boss at the head of its government and a Duma (Parliament), essentially controlled by communists and ultra nationalists. May God have Mercy on us because we have been warned, (1) and we are again reminding the world of it today.

Therefore, it is fitting that we publish what was officially known of the third part of the Secret of Fátima before the Vatican revealed the visual (*) component of the Third Part of the Secret - which they claimed to be the full secret . To begin setting the record straight: There was only one Secret and only its third part had not been publicly revealed.



BACKGROUND

What is officially known about the third part of the secret, and not contaminated by the wave of misinformation unleashed to confuse the faithful or for profit, may be found in the original letters handwritten by Sr. Lucía, the surviving Fátima visionary, and in early and uncontaminated publications.

We have reason to believe that many statements which have been credited to Sr. Lucía in the last ten to fifteen years are not always necessarily true, complete or pure. Reason to believe may be interpreted here as technically defensible in a Court of Law. Enough said!

Many letters were handwritten by Sr. Lucía before 1950 to her Confessor, her Bishop, the Pope, her Spiritual Director, and her family. In those days the wolves in sheep clothing had not identified the events of Fátima as a real enemy to their ambitious plans. Therefore, such vintage information is not tainted. It is primarily from such pristine sources that we will draw the facts presented in this document.

We will meticulously identify the particulars of the information quoted and, where possible, have posted Sr. Lucía's actual handwritten text for confirmation by the studious.

The Third Part of the Secret WHAT?

A three part Secret. The first two parts may be found in various publications (2). The most official version is in the letter composed by Sr. Lucía to His Holiness Pope Pius XII on October 24, 1940 (3) which was modified by the Bishop of Leiria before forwarding it with the date of December 2, 1940. What Sister Lucia wrote and sent to the Pope was only the imagery without the explanation of what it meant as per Mary's verbal explanation at the time of the revelation.

The first two parts were concerned, in general terms, with: (A) The vision of Hell and (B) The Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and related matters such as the Consecration of Russia.

The general categories contained a variety of specific topics: (a) The announcement of the end to the current war [WW I]; (b) the reality of Hell; (c) A future and very destructive war [WW II] if mankind did not amend its ways; (d) The importance of Acts of Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary; (e) The Consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart; and, (f) The consequences the world would have to endure should Heaven's requests and timetable were not followed, and if the necessary acts of reparations were not made to Her much offended Immaculate Heart.

The visual component of the third part of the Secret had not been publicly revealed until The Vatican claimed to have done so on June 26, 2000. Unbeknown to them they were only revealing the imagery without the explanation of what it meant. The only official text publicly known up to then was what Our Lady said as She concluded its revelation: "finally my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, which will be converted, and peace will be granted to the world for some time. In Portugal the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved, etc."(here commences the undisclosed portion of the original secret )" (4)


The Third Part of the Secret WHEN?

The complete secret was confided to the children by Our Lady on July 13th, 1917.

Sr. Lucía received permission from Our Lady on December 10, 1925 to reveal the portion of the Secret pertaining the devotion to Her Immaculate Heart. Then, Our Lord Jesus Christ, on December 17, 1927, gave Sr. Lucía permission to reveal the remaining elements of the secret confided to her at that time. However, He specifically requested that the rest be kept secret.

The remaining components of the first and second parts of the Secret were finally revealed by Sr. Lucía in her Fourth Memoir. This Memoir had been requested by the Bishop of Leiria on October 7, 1941 and finished by her on December 8, 1941. (4)

The visual component of third part of the Secret, without the explanation of what it meant, was written down and sealed by Sr. Lucía and given to the appropriate Portuguese Ecclesiastical Authorities in 1942.

If the third part of the Secret was to be ever revealed to the world, it would be the Pope who would do it. However what occurred on May 13 and June 26, 2000, was that someone else revealed the alleged secret on his behalf.


The Third Part of the Secret ERRORS CIRCULATING

Without ascribing authorship, although we could name illustrious names and dates, we will dismantle two common items of misinformation regarding the third part of the Secret.

First: It is said that the secret is nothing to be worried about. It is not catastrophic, etc.

On October 11, 1917, two days before the Miracle of the Sun, during questioning by Father Formigäo, Jacinta was asked: If people would know the secret, would they become sad? Jacinta answered: Yes. The same question was posed to Francisco, without Jacinta being present, and his answer was identical: Yes. (6)

If over 150 million deaths and untold suffering plus much, much more to come, is not catastrophic perhaps we do not know the meaning of the word catastrophic. (7)

Second: It has also been said that the secret dealt with the colonial wars of Portugal. Therefore, it has no importance anymore.

On October 1, 1941, Sr. Lucía, communicating to the Cardinal Patriarch of Lisbon wrote from Tuy, Spain: (6)


Regarding the rumor circulating that the Pope was supposed to reveal to the world the third part of the Secret in 1960 - We have not found any primary (8) information that would lend such claim any credence.


COMMENTARY by The M+G+R Foundation

If we stand back and take a good look at the events in the Roman Catholic Church and the world since H.H. John XXIII ascended to the Throne of Peter, one can almost guess with great certainty the contents of the third part of the Secret, even if it was the visual component (something that is now obvious they were not aware of at the time).


If one studies all Encyclicals published by H.H. John XXIII, Paul VI and John Paul II and try to visualize what the Roman Pontiffs were attempting to remedy with most of them, one would then come to know what they thought was the full third part of the Secret of Fátima.

Why was the visual portion of the third part of the Secret not revealed to the world when it reached the hands of H.H. John XXIII? For the same reason we would not have done it either - it was too late! It is not the fault of H.H. John XXXIII that the Church machinery delayed such information from the Roman Pontiff for almost eighteen years!

By the time, what they thought was, the full third part of the Secret reached Rome, it was too late for the local Churches to move the faithful fast enough into prayer and reparation mode to soften the blows that the humanity is already beginning to feel.

What The Vatican disinformation machinery did with the document issued on June 26, 2000 - the alleged full text of Third Part of the secret with over 30 pages of literary smoke explaining it - was simply trying to cover its tracks for its abysmal failure at not having heeded the Message of Fátima at the proper time - back in 1929!. This failing has already resulted in over one hundred million deaths worldwide (7) with many more to come.


A Plea

Let the faithful not waste energy, and further offend God, by pointing accusing fingers at His Holiness John XXIII, Paul VI and John Paul II. They did all they could possibly do, humanly and beyond, to incorporate what they thought was the complete message and Secret of Fátima within the Roman Catholic Church and the world at large.

Let us focus our critical eye upon ourselves and on our shortcomings instead...


The above are just a few of the many ways we can impact our future by strengthening our link with God. Our Lady keeps repeating the same theme through a multitude of podiums throughout the world. Do we need for the Church to officially approve a Marian Apparition before we do what She has already requested in La Salette, Rue de Bac, Lourdes, Fátima and other officially approved manifestations of the Virgin Mary? Of course not!

Under how many names must Mary appear and be approved by the Church before we make the praying of the Holy Rosary an integral part of our daily lives?

Brethren, time is running out. Do not forget the virgins and their empty oil lamps. We have been amply warned and soon the whining for more material benefits and pleasures will be replaced by the ear-piercing grinding of teeth!
