Mr. George W. Bush, President
United States of America
Washington, D.C. 20500-0001
Subject: The U.S. cannot afford
a fatal miscalculation
Reference: Your intention to
replace Saddam Hussein
May the Peace of God be upon you, President Bush!
Without judging your stance regarding Saddam Hussein, I wish to express
my concern to you regarding the possibility of a fatal miscalculation
on the part of your advisors. I feel it to be my responsibility to
bring
this danger to your attention. [Ezekiel
33: 7-9]
According to the BP Statistical Review [end of 2001], the U.S. held 3.5
% of the world oil reserves (WOR). If to that figure we add the WOR of
Kuwait, Mexico and Venezuela, the availability of which, can be greatly
influenced by Washington - it brings that total to 26.6%.
Your advisors have determined to change the government of Iraq and, as
the article in the Washington Post of September 15th clearly explains,
those who are with the U.S. will partake of the Iraqi "oil spoils" and
those who are not, will be left out in the cold.
Mr. President, how do you think Russia
and the People's Republic of
China view this? Once the U.S. topples Saddam Hussein, the U.S. will
virtually control 39.5% of the WOR. Logical deduction will lead Russia
and the PRC to think that: Once the
"virginity of the world" has been
lost through a dubiously justified attack on Iraq, Iran, whom has
already been included in the "Axis of Evil", will be next.
Once Iran falls, Russia and the PRC
may continue to reason, the U.S.
will then have virtual control of 49.8 % of the World Oil Reserves.
This
huge lever will place the United States of America as, not the Leader
of
the World, but as the Owner of the World.
Not forgetting that... (1) Russia has
only 5.6 of the WOR and the PRC
virtually none; and that (2) Power corrupts even staunch Christians, as
The Vatican has amply shown throughout history, it may just be that
neither Russia nor the PRC will allow the U.S. to reach that coveted
position; first by Diplomacy and then by outright Force, if need
be.
Would History blame them?
The United States cannot bank on its economic and military superiority
to carry out such plans - after the likes of Rich Ames, Robert Philip
Hansen and those not uncovered yet - when it comes to the level of
our
National Security: The U.S. stands before its enemies naked as a Jay
bird.
Mr. President, please carefully consider all the consequences
associated with the direction the United States of America is now
heading towards.
