News Report
There have been enough reports about what Francis allegedly said
regarding hell and lost souls that we will just reproduce a brief
highlight
of them before we comment upon this critical issue.
An interview between his long time atheist friend Scalfari and the Pope
was published March 28, 2018 in La Repubblica. The relevant section on
Hell was translated by the highly respected web log, Rorate Caeli.

[our highlights]
Scalfari
says to the Pope, "Your Holiness, in our previous meeting you told me
that our species will disappear in a certain moment and that God, still
out of his creative force, will create new species. You have never
spoken to me about the souls who died in sin and will go to hell to
suffer it for eternity. You have however spoken to me of good souls,
admitted to the contemplation of God. But what about
bad souls? Where are they punished?"
Pope Francis says, "They are not
punished, those who repent
obtain the forgiveness of God and enter the rank of souls who
contemplate him, but those who do
not repent and cannot therefore be forgiven disappear. There is no
hell, there is the disappearance of sinful souls."
Soon thereafter the Vatican Press Office issued the following statement:
The
Holy Father recently received the founder of the newspaper La
Repubblica in a private meeting on the occasion of Easter, without,
however, granting him an interview. What is reported by the author in
today’s article is the fruit of his reconstruction, in which the
precise words uttered by the Pope are not cited. No quotations in the
aforementioned article, then, should be considered as a faithful
transcription of the words of the Holy Father. (2)
No other word has been forthcoming from the Vatican regarding this very
serious matter. Echoing what someone wrote elsewhere:
Francis
must disown not only the precise verbiage Scalfari reported in his
piece, but the ideas foisted upon him therein. The longer he delays
doing it,
the stronger the case becomes for believing he cannot.
miguel de Portugal Comments
We must admit that Francis continues to make easier the work for which
God called miguel de Portugal to be.
Of course we are not surprised about
such allegations since we know what Francis is being used for. We say
"being used for" because, as we have said before, he does not have the
intellectual capacity to stage the manifestation of the False Christ.

Even if he publicly denies what Scalfari wrote, the effect it has had
cannot be undone.
Francis would have to make a mega media splash to counter the spread of
those news and, even then, that would depend on the media's agenda.
Let us briefly analyze the impact of such pronouncements.
If hell does not exist as Francis is quoted as proclaiming...
(a) Where does satan and all the fallen
angels reside? Oh, we forgot, there must be no satan nor fallen
angels anywhere since they would have "disappeared" as the non
repentant souls do according to Francis.
That has been the "rumor" since the prayer to St. Michael was
eliminated from the post Mass prayers. Now it seems that Francis wants
to confirms.
(b) Obviously Jesus must have lied and the Old and New Testament are
just myths composed to
scare people into behaving well.
(c) It would logically follow that the Virgin Mary has also lied in all
the approved Apparitions.
which brings us to....
(d) Who is now going to believe any other allegedly inconvenient
Catholic
teaching?
Whomever believes what Francis has allegedly said, identifies the ones
who
Jesus referred to in the following statement:
For
the heart of this people is grown gross, and with their ears they have
been dull of hearing, and their eyes they have shut: lest at any time
they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and
understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them
[Matt. 13:15]
Therefore, we will not move a finger, except to the extent that
we
have explained in April 3 rd's For
Your
information and Reference post (4), to
convince anyone that Francis lied.
Are we going to be more Merciful
than Jesus who spoke in parables to keep many in the dark....
Eternally? Of course not! That would be arrogance!
