The
conditional Warning announced in Garabandal

Warning will not be happening. Where did you get that information?

Thank you for asking.
Surely, you are referring to the important note that was added on
August 19, 2010, in our document about The
Warning, as well as in related
articles, as we reproduce below:
Important
NOTE Added on August 19, 2010
Please be
advised that: The
Warning,
Miracle
and
Sign
conditionally announced at the
time of the Garabandal phenomena
(1) at San Sebastián
de Garabandal, Spain, between 1961 and 1965
will not come to pass.
The world is heading, without
further ado,
directly into
the Chastisement, which was also conditionally announced in Garabandal
and Akita
(2),
and which we have
independently confirmed several times since 1992.
Originally we did not intend to explain the theology regarding this
notification any further, however, on September 30th, 2010, God allowed
us to explain the reasoning behind this matter
(3).
We encourage each and every one of you to act upon this information as
it were the proverbial "Gospel Truth" - you have
nothing to lose by heeding
this advise, but
much to lose
if it is ignored.
This announcement should in no way - directly or indirectly - cast a
doubt on the events of Garabandal which, without a doubt, were real and
from Heaven. However, we all must remember that the Garabandal
phenomena was not concluded when Mary revealed those dates, which were
obviously conditional, and depended on how those who were entrusted
with the
Evangelization of His children acted
(4).
We suggest that the guidelines on
"What
to do?" that we published long ago
(5) be taken out from the
"Hope (it doesn't happen) Chest" and followed,
now.
With the above said - miguel de Portugal now makes St. Paul's words his
own:
I
declare to you today that I am innocent of the blood of any of you.
For I have not hesitated to proclaim to you the whole will of God. Keep
watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has
made you overseers. [Acts
20:26-28]

In response to your question: That is the way God instructed
miguel de Portugal (6)
to announce
it from what He revealed to miguel.
You do not have to believe him, it is up to each one to believe it or
not, but: (a) in the referenced documents
there is enough information for anyone to see the coherence of that
announcement; and
(b), as miguel
said:
We

The theology of the Warning-turned-into-Chastisement is explained in
the aforementioned note (3)
and, more briefly, in two paragraphs, in a response that miguel de
Portugal expressed on May 21st, 2019 (9):
With
the compression by 10 years (10) of the period of high suffering during
the
tribulation, the lack of
response to legitimate Heavenly messages and our efforts, at the
command of God, for the last 28 years - by most of the world -
including by those who call themselves Christians - the originally
intended warning will serve
no purpose.
The 'version' that will take place is
strictly for the Elect who still are blind and deaf while basking in
their denial: the moment the whole world starts to collapse before
their very eyes, that will serve as their warning... the volume of
God's megaphone - it just does not fail!

claim to recall
and the conclusions drawn about they saw, you can read our

which - again - does not question that the events of Garabandal were
real and from Heaven.

I just posted the following news report to The M+G+R Foundation's private
board, but it clearly merits your attention. The article (2) was published in The
Trumpet, a group with some serious errors, but on the topic of Roman
administration, pretty much on target. Key quotes from the article
follow:
Pope: Christ Was Not a Prophet!
November 19, 2012
In a startling statement made during his Sunday Angelus to the faithful
(3), Pope
Benedict declares Jesus Christ was no prophet.
"At midday today the holy father
appeared at the window of his study to recite the Angelus with faithful
gathered in St. Peter's Square. He commented on this Sunday's gospel,
focusing on Jesus's words about the end of time." So begins the
report by the Vatican's own Information Service on a public statement
the pope made on Sunday.
In a startling pronouncement about Jesus Christ's revelation of the
signs leading up to His return to Earth, Pope Benedict declared that "Jesus does not describe the end of the
world, and when He uses apocalyptic images, He does not act as a
‘seer.' On the contrary, He wishes to ensure that His disciples in
every age remain unmoved by dates and predictions."
This statement is so far removed from reality that it can only
represent a deliberate attempt to pervert the truth. It argues against
the very reality of Biblical revelation itself.
The very power by which Jesus Christ ministered on Earth was clearly
revealed as a Spirit which "will
show you things to come" (John 16:13).
Jesus Christ Himself gave, in live format, delivered direct to His
disciples, the most powerfully detailed prophecy about the future, most
especially the end times, that is preserved in the Bible. (Matthew
24; Mark 13, Luke 21).
The Word of God declares of the very Godhead, "Worship God: for the testimony of Jesus
is the spirit of prophecy" (Revelation 19:10).
The pope's statement is not just a grave deceit. It goes beyond that.
It is blasphemy!

Response by miguel de Portugal:
Perhaps now,
more than a few people will begin to accept that what miguel de
Portugal has been writing about since 1991, and most specifically after
Ratzinger became "Pope", is all true.
Ratzinger, unwittingly, gave the indication of where the World was
within the End of These Times timetable shortly after being elected
"Pope" when he blessed a statue of Josemaria Escriva, on September
14th, 2005 and which was installed in the outer wall of St. Peter's
Basilica. Thus fulfilling the warning (4):
When
therefore ye see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of
through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let him that
readeth understand), then let them that are in Judaea flee unto the
mountains: let him that is on the housetop not go down to take
out things that are in his house: and let him that is in the
field not return back to take his cloak. But woe unto them that
are with child and to them that give suck in those days! And pray
ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on a sabbath:
for then shall be great tribulation, such as hath not been from the
beginning of the world until now, no, nor ever shall be. [Matt. 24:15-21]
We pray that it is not too late for the still blind and deaf among the
Elect so that their suffering can still be significantly mitigated. We
are at peace. We have done all that God Willed that we do. We have
given every possible warning to the world (5).
We would like to see what David S. from Ireland has to say now. After
all, he said back in 2006: "We know
the face of our Holy Father, but we do not know the face of Miguel De
Portugal, and therefore it is difficult to accept that he is right."
We take this blasphemous pronouncement by Benedict XVI as a gift from
God since Ratzinger could
not make for us the discharging of our function any easier. For
this and many other Blessings, on this very special Thanksgiving Day
(in the US), miguel de Portugal will offer a Holy Mass of Thanksgiving.
