I have always believed that "the end never justifies the means" and I believe that such is you position too. However, in the past you have proposed that an exception be made for the people in Africa for the use of condoms to help prevent the spread of AIDS - just for a certain length of time.

How do you explain to a non Christian that God allows bad things to happen such as accidents, crimes, wars, diseases like AIDS, etc.?
I know well about the gift of Free Choice, but that does not convince a non-believer.
Forgive me for all of the questions, but you are part of my family and I trust and believe in you because I know that you are doing God's Will.
I wish I had 3 months just to sit and listen to you.

A. First of all Thank you! for your kind words and trust, and also for writing and sharing your concerns with us.
As you pointed out, we also believe, and have frequently said, that the "End does not justify the means", however, we must evaluate each individual situation with the Light of the Holy Spirit to see how we should get from point "A" (living outside the Law of God) to point "B" (living within the Law of God).
The first step is to determine the "Why" of being at point "A" and its consequences - short term and long term.
We shall take first the killing of another human being as a point "A" - this is extremely grave under any circumstances : There is no just war; there is no just killing. Logically, then point "B" is the stopping of the killing of human beings.
Let us take an extreme point "A" situation - an individual who is prone to kill other humans due to X,Y and Z reasons and does so on a regular basis. Maybe he does not know that "Thou shalt not kill" is a real and absolute Divine Law. Obviously he needs to be instructed in Divine Law and needs to be assisted in his conversion - however, in the meantime, he cannot be allowed to go around killing people until "the Evangelization" takes a hold of his soul. Therefore, he must be stopped for the benefit of others and of himself.
Now, let us take up birth control - a milder point "A" situation. What is the root problem of artificial birth control? Sexual interaction without responsibility becomes just another sport - where one may even switch partners just as we may do for a tennis match.
The more uneducated the individual is, and the less means of entertainment he/she may have, the more he/she will turn to sex and/or drugs as an "entertaining sport". The more bored a rich and well educated individual gets, the more he/she will also turn to sex and/or drugs as an "entertaining sport".
Promiscuous sex and the use of drugs are two societal maladies which can gravely harm a soul and lead to even graver acts which, in turn, can harm the soul even more. Thus, logically God has allowed AIDS. He is more interested in our soul within the overall Eternal picture, than just the brief time it resides in a body on Earth. If some activity is going to gravely harm the soul - He rather take them home soon. (1)
In the birth control situation - We could then take two positions: (a) Let the sexually promiscuous destroy themselves and thus "help God"; or (b) Intervene and help them find the way to God in a more natural way.
If we take position (a), it would logically follows - to the derange minds - that all sick and poor people should be exterminated.... and "...by doing this we are doing them a favor and serving God along the way." (believe it or not, that thinking is "on the table" of the Masters of the World.)
If we take position (b), we assist them in not killing each other, through unprotected sexual intercourse, by providing them with the appropriate protection WHILE simultaneously Evangelizing them so that they will abandon the "Outside the Laws of God" lifestyle, i.e. "Sexual activity as a recreational sport."
In certain countries of Europe they have established a "Clean Syringe Program" wherein the drug addicts would turn in their used syringes and get clean ones in ordered to arrest the spread of AIDS through sharing infected syringes. This is done without any Evangelization, therefore, what on the surface looked like a very charitable act was indeed contributing to the further degradation of their souls.
This would be the same if we just pass out condoms and do nothing else.
In conclusion:
(a) Passing out condoms to prevent the spread of AIDS via sexual intercourse - and do
nothing else - to save lives cannot be considered as a "means justified by the end" - because
we are working against God by helping in the destruction of souls.
(b) Passing out condoms to prevent the spread of AIDS via sexual intercourse - and implement a
solid Evangelization program to change the mentality of the individuals through Light and
Grace - is a method of "buying time" while the leaven of the kingdom of heaven works its
wonders in their souls - thus we are cooperating with God's plan for His children. Let us not
forget that.... The kingdom of heaven is like to leaven, which a woman took and hid in three
measures of meal, until the whole was leavened. [Matthew 13:33]
Of course, this thinking could degenerate into a philosophical discussion about the difference or
equivalence of murdering/killing with a gun, for example, and killing with an AIDS contaminated
sexual liaison. However, we must keep in mind that: Death by gunshot is quick, and little can be
done to draw the soul to God before separation of soul and body. Death through AIDS is slow and
much can be done to draw that soul to God before its separation. Therefore - we cannot
compare, nor treat alike, both methods of killing a body.

President Trump and the NRA think that gun free zones are open targets for people who want to shoot children and their response is to arm teachers!
I am beside myself. I am retired teacher. There is no way I would have or would have wanted the teacher next to me to have a gun in the classroom.
In all of this I have not heard anyone, anyone!, say that our country is out of control. We have gone too far.
We need to put on sackcloth and ashes and repent of our sinfulness. Teachers are everything to children nowadays: teacher, counselor, parent, tutor, coach, lunch money giver and now they want them to be the police also!
What's next, they want us to birth the children for them?
On top of that today, a young woman said to me that "anything goes", and I know she meant "anything", even in the bedroom of a married person. I told her I did not agree because one may stir up spirits that are not good. And she look at me like I was crazy.
Jesus, come quickly!

You are absolutely right on all counts - including the "stirring up spirits that are not good" through aberrant sexual interaction, even with one's spouse.
Yes, the whole world is out of control and most of its citizens are in full denial. We announced that back on 2001 - 2003 using overwhelming examples, but most in the world are not listening.
There are many options available to prevent this repeated mass murders - some better than others - yet we have not read any proposal that comes close to what we proposed on our February 20th post. I was even accused of wanting to disarm the citizenry when what we are promoting is to ensure responsibility regarding gun ownership.

The Gospel readings from recent Masses (encompassing Mark 9:37-49) had three key and critical implied messages which we want to bring to your attention.
(a) ....Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, who followeth not us, and we forbade him. But Jesus said: Do not forbid him. For there is no man that doth a miracle in my name, and can soon speak ill of me.
But then it could be legitimately asked:
There seems to be a grave inconsistency in what Jesus taught unless we take careful note of the overall condition to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven:
Just "talk" is indeed cheap. Hasn't Dynamo (1) performed Biblical like miracles?
The only key to enter the Kingdom of Heaven is to sincerely strive to do the Will of the Father. Period! Even miracles of Biblical proportions will not accomplish it!

It should be crystal clear that to "belong to Christ" the requirement is to sincerely strive to do the Will of the Father but, how does the giver of the water cup know that you truly belong to Christ? Imagine the following settings:

'Friendship' with God and 'enmity' with the world does not mean a rejection of the world we live in, and which we need, so that we can earn our return to Paradise - that would be foolish and totally counterproductive.
'Friendship' with God means striving to live by God's Laws, which requires rejecting the laws of the world.... which of course, does not mean running red lights, ignoring crosswalks, placing money in a parking ticket, etc. No, we are not "being cute"; we are using illustrative mechanisms which operate in our subconscious.
The laws of the world that need to be rejected are those which oppose God's Laws.
I was still in the professional world for six years after my conversion and and had no problem whatsoever functioning without violating Divine Law. I went to the extent of reducing the estimated charges to an Engineering client because God had worked things out for me in a manner which, its execution, required half of my resources... and I told my client why I was reducing the charges. I was generously paid for my services and the client saved a bundle! Not to mention his conversion plus additional Engineering work for me from him.
Do not ever forget that with God it always is a Win-Win situation!
Allow us to illustrate to you..... how satan limits the magnificent human intellect - created and powered/guided by God.
To do this, let us address the key part of the latest horrific slaughter of students in a Florida High School: Weapon ownership.
The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution reads:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the
people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Let us change that statement a bit to better illustrate our point. The changed words have been highlighted:
A well regulated traffic, being necessary to the security of a
free state, the right of the people to own and
drive motor vehicles, shall not be infringed.
Now then, are we going to give the car/van/truck/eighteen wheeler keys to all human beings who can see over a dashboard of a vehicle and leave it at that? Of course not! We are not stupid! Or are we?
In the Second Ammendment it is implied that the keeping and the bearing of arms need some basic security/safety rules precisely for 'the security of a free state'.
Taking what is good in laws of Spain which regulate ownership of weapons and without even talking about the type of weapon, this what we must do....
1. Before issuing a license to carry any weapon, the applicant most undergo a psychological
and physical test to ensure that the fundamental thinking process is within the normal parameters
and that there are no physical problems that would endanger the user and/or anyone else. This
license must be renewed every few years. [Drivers licenses must be renewed.]
2. Before issuing a license to own/carry a specific weapon, the applicant must produce a certificate showing that the he has been trained in using the particular weapon that the license will cover. [A driving test for the particular level (car/van/truck/eighteen wheeler) of Driver's License is required.]
3. All the pertinent details associated with those licenses are to be stored, just as we do with the Driver's License, in a database of the particular State issuing the license, which in turn, could be accessed from the Federal level, just as it is done with our Driver's License. [Although most American think, and are proud of, that we do not have a national ID card, as Europeans do.... we have news for you! Those Driver's Licenses issued by each state constitute our national ID. So, fellow Americans - as the saying goes - "The joke is on us!"]

The "gun laws" as they stand seriously infringe all three of those unalienable Rights.

While cleaning our In-Box we have just come across a mistake made in a mailing by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops which it was obviously allowed by God with a very definite purpose.
In their mailing for the Mass Readings for (the Traditional) Ash Wednesday there was only one reading - instead of the three that there should have been. Considering the times that we are living through we thought it wise to share with you the silent message this apparent mistake brought by highlighting this one reading.
The only reading sent out (or the only one we received) was that from Joel 2:12-18
Now therefore saith the Lord: Be converted to me with all your heart, in fasting, and in
weeping, and in mourning. And rend your hearts, and not your garments, and turn to the Lord your
God: for he is gracious and merciful, patient and rich in mercy, and ready to repent of the evil.
Who knoweth but he will return, and forgive, and leave a blessing behind him, sacrifice and

Was this one more effort from God to move us to act to minimize the suffering of His Elect before it is too late?
Since this "oversight" was underscored by the fact that this year's the Traditional Ash Wednesday was also Valentine's Day as well as the day when there was a mass slaughter of youngsters at a High School in Florida perpetrated by another youngster whose love was rejected by his girlfriend, we have taken it as such. The signs are far too many to ignore.
As you may have noticed.... the Stock Market volatility disappeared just as it appeared with the reasons given by the "experts" as incoherent as the reasons given for its manifestation.
The way we see it - This was a "dry run" gone haywire that "only" cost four trillion dollars to those who, obviously, were not part of the experimenting group.

I would like to continue receiving the Divine Encouragement mailings. I find them very reassuring in these confused times.
Personally, (A) I am finding it harder and harder to fit in to the world in its current state and do not accept that this is how things should be.
I am becoming more and more isolated and cut off from the people and the environment around me as it becomes more and more alien to me (and me to them/it).
I know love is the only way, but it is becoming increasingly difficult with those I love who do not wish to hear or see, and continue down the road of consumption and denial. (B)

By now it should not come as a surprise to anyone that the words you wrote (from Point (A) to Point (B) above) could have also been written by miguel de Portugal.
The more one (truly) becomes of God the less one is of the world. At this point in my journey as m de P, the world - as is - holds absolutely nothing that could possibly be of interest to me with the exception of the souls who are expecting their call to awake to Him; the only reason m de P exists.
Regarding "it is becoming increasingly difficult with those I love who do not wish to hear or see, and continue down the road of consumption and denial" - we could write the proverbial book on that; therefore, we fully understand how you feel.
No, it is not easy, but all we can do for them is pray on their behalf. In this type of situation, prayer on their behalf is the ultimate manifestation of Love.
Love is our burning desire that a soul sees the Light and makes the right move as the Prodigal son did (1). Thus the "love thy enemy, pray for thy persecutor" [Matt. 5:44], exhortations from Jesus. Love does not mean that we want to spend time with someone who is completely out of tune with our God-enhanced Reality. Love is our desire for their spiritual betterment, and then act upon it through prayer and example.
For a concrete example of that: Every day we offer a decade of the Chaplet of the Immaculate Conception - not the victims of the drug wars - although they are included in other global prayers we offer for those who die sudden and violent deaths - we pray for the criminals, the murderers and the drug lords since only God can change them. No government, no security forces, no threats can or ever will.
So, you see - you are on the right track, moving on the right direction, at a beautiful and encouraging rate and getting very close where He wants you to be.

The Gospel of Tuesday's Mass [Mk 8:14-21] may be difficult to understand yet the message is even more important today than it was then.
The following scene takes place after Jesus fed a multitude with only seven loaves and a few fish - now, Jesus and His disciples were going to Dalmanutha by boat.
The disciples had forgotten to bring bread,and they had only one loaf with them in the boat.
Jesus enjoined them, "Watch out, guard against the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of
Herod."
They concluded among themselves that it was because they had no bread. When he became aware of this he said to them, "Why do you conclude that it is because you have no bread? Do you not yet understand or comprehend? Are your hearts hardened? Do you have eyes and not see, ears and not hear?

The disciples - as many are today - were so focused in worldly matters that when Jesus delivered that very important warning about the Pharisees and Herod they thought He was talking about the one loaf they had in the boat completely forgetting - not seeing or hearing - that they were with Jesus for Whom nothing was impossible, as He proved again just a few hours before.

In our continuing effort.... to reinforce and build up the little faith left in the world, let us take a look at other situations which subconsciously weakens the Faith.
We will cover key readings from Matthew Chapter 5. In an effort to help our readers follow the theo-logic used, we will make our clarifying comments in between the readings after underscoring the key elements in the verse(s).
[17] Do not think that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets. I am not come to destroy,
but to fulfill. [18] For amen I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot, or one tittle
shall not pass of the law, till all be fulfilled. [19] He therefore that shall break one
of these least commandments, and shall so teach men, shall be called the least in the kingdom of
heaven. But he that shall do and teach, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
[20] For I tell you, that unless your justice abound more than that of the scribes and
Pharisees, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
We read about the "least" and the "great" in the Kingdom of Heaven and the subconscious dismisses it because it may be interpreted as if everyone is going to Heaven and/or because the common belief is that there is one homogeneous Heaven with no levels.
First of all, this message applies only to all who are destined to Heaven. The question that needs to be addressed now is about 'the levels' since most people think of Heaven as being perfectly homogeneous. Yes, they are "levels" in Heaven. Do you think that the criminal who was crucified next to Jesus and to whom Jesus told that he would be with Him in Paradise that day is going to be at the same level of Heaven as John, who, risking all was at the foot of the cross of his beloved Savior? Of course not! Accumulated/earned "credits" determine the levels.
[21] You have heard that it was said to them of old: Thou shalt not kill. And whosoever
shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment. [22] But
I say to you, that whosoever is angry with his brother, shall be in
danger of the judgment. And whosoever shall say to his brother,
Raca, shall be in danger of the council. And whosoever shall
say, Thou Fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
The subconscious dismisses this because it appears - on the surface - that killing someone is just about the same as insulting someone and carries the same penalty. Wrong!
All those situations are different and, obviously, killing someone is the worse one as we were taught through Cain in the Book of Genesis. Jesus is not placing all those transgressions on the same level; He is alerting us to the "danger of" the consequences for us which are associated with each transgression since there will be a "judgment" for each one. Obviously the severity of the judgment will depend on the severity of the transgression.
God is the ultimate Judge and He will take all circumstances into consideration before the judgment for the individual is pronounced.
[23] If therefore thou offer thy gift at the altar, and there thou remember that thy
brother hath any thing against thee; [24] Leave there thy offering before the
altar, and go first to be reconciled to thy brother: and then coming thou shalt offer
thy gift.
Another subconscious dismissal because it "thinks": I can see someone rushing off from the Communion line to make amends while the rest awaits for his/her return before proceeding with the Mass.
Brethren, we are dealing with the subconscious automatic processing of input which not always make logical sense but which determine our actions and core beliefs.
That very important message from Jesus, however, is at the root of the Sacrament of Reconciliation since it is not always possible to "go to thy brother" to make the amends.
Let us take this opportunity to add that - if the reconciliation can be done directly with the offended party - assuming that by doing so one does not create a worse problem (*) - we should do so. It is much harder and more humbling to walk up to someone we have offended and admit our guilt and seek his/her forgiveness than talking to a stranger through a screen. Keep in mind, however, that if the offended party refuses to forgive you after your sincere admission of wrongdoing, God has forgiven you and now the offended party will be judged in accordance to our request in the Lord's Prayer.

(*) An example would be confessing to one's spouse acts of adultery. It may cause such trauma to the offended party that the marriage would suffer henceforth. The offending party should take advantage of the Sacrament of Reconciliation and then carry the cross of his/her transgression in silence the rest of his/her life.
[25] Be at agreement with thy adversary betimes (quickly), whilst thou art in the way (to
court) with him: lest perhaps the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee
to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. [26] Amen I say to thee, thou shalt not go
out from thence till thou repay the last farthing.
Jesus is referring to the reality of Purgatory.
[27] You have heard that it was said to them of old: Thou shalt not commit adultery. [28] But I
say to you, that whosoever shall look on a woman to lust after her, hath already
committed adultery with her in his heart.
The average male will subconsciously think: What's wrong with a good look?" To which Jesus would answer: "A lot!"- thus the warning.
We are being warned about the problems that an apparently simple passing thought may cause.... and we can attest to that on a personal experience basis. Personally, I have to be extremely careful about what I think - and it does not have to do with sin - just a silent personal evaluation which may offend or hurt someone.
[29] And if thy right eye scandalize thee, pluck it out and cast it from
thee. For it is expedient for thee that one of thy members should perish, rather than
that thy whole body be cast into hell. [30] And if thy right hand scandalize thee, cut it off,
and cast it from thee: for it is expedient for thee that one of thy members should perish,
rather than that thy whole body be cast into hell.
Subconsciously one would dismiss that very serious warning because, if literally applied, would cause all humans walking about without an eye or two, without a hand or two, etc. thus, they will discount the key message.
Tragically, in some interpretations of Islam that is erroneously taken literally. Jesus, however, is telling us to avoid any temptations leading to sin at all logical and reasonable cost. That is why He has used several members of the body in His example; He is illustrating a variety of temptations that may lurk around any human being.
In summary - seven verses containing critical instructions from our Lord are subconsciously dismissed because their intrinsic meaning has not been explained to the Faithful.

The First Reading.... of Friday's Mass [1 Kings 11:29-32, 12:19] seem to completely delegitimize those who claim to be of the lineage of David as well as claiming the right over the city of Jerusalem ....of course, that is the case unless someone claims that the Old Testament - the Christian version as well as the official Jewish version - are both wrong.
Key quotes:
[31] And he (the prophet Ahias) said to Jeroboam: Take to thee ten pieces: for thus
saith the Lord the God of Israel: Behold I will rend the kingdom out of the hand of Solomon, and
will give thee ten tribes. [32] But one tribe shall remain to him for the sake of my servant
David, and Jerusalem the city, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel:
Let us see: There are 12 tribes - one is the tribe of the Levites. That leaves 11 tribes of which 10 tribes go to Jeroboam and one shall still remain under Solomon for the sake of David.
Now let us go to chapter 12 of the First Book of Kings.
[19] And Israel revolted from the house of David, unto this day. [20] And
it came to pass when all Israel heard that Jeroboam was come again, that they gathered an
assembly, and sent and called him, and made him king over all Israel, and
there was none that followed the house of David but the tribe of Juda
only.
Today's Israelites claim to be of the lineage of David but rejected Jesus the Messiah Who functioned under a completely different Liturgical Schedule than the one followed by Temple Masters and their followers.
It seems that it logically follows that those who kept the same Liturgical Schedule as Jesus did were the true members of the tribe of Juda - the legitimate claimants of Davidic lineage - while the Temple Masters, and their followers, were really from the now allegedly missing Ten Tribes of Israel or what we know today as the Israelites.
No; we have not made a mathematical error - there still is one tribe to account for. That is the tribe of Levites who was split when God made the 10 to 1 tribe separation since they spiritually serve the remaining eleven tribes. Some of its members went to minister the 10 tribes given to Jeroboam to rule and some went to minister the only tribe that can be called the legitimate lineage of David by Divine Decree.
Another case of Cafeteria Theology. Just as it is done by many Christians and Muslims leaders.
The Christian killed and continue to kill the Muslims and the Muslims killed and continue to kill the Christians all the while the Qur'an key message is to heed, thus live, the teachings of Jesus Christ.
In the meantime, the religious "leaders" are puzzled that every day that goes by more and more people ignore religion, thus, tragically drift away from God. "Cafeteria Faith" does not work for the more informed faithful. The more informed individuals, are the ones who eventually occupy leadership positions in society, thus a more godless society.... ad satan continues to score points.
As always - it is that simple. Unfortunately the intellect of the religious "leaders", lacking the illumination of the Holy Spirit, cannot see it.
Still on the 1st Book of Kings... we see how Solomon, just as his father David, drifted away from God bringing upon himself, and his descendants, much misery. However, that seems to be nothing new... after all, Abraham did not believe in what God told him but believed Sarai and the world ended up with the descendants of Ismael - the arabs - which have caused great difficulty to the children of Isaac, to say the least.
But why? Why this chosen people keep falling for satan traps and God has to "patch up the system" since these chosen individuals, by Divine design, have a unique function to fulfill even after they have made a mess of everything?
The answer is the same one that explains why most of the Christian clergy and hierarchy fall. They feel chosen (and many indeed are) and think that they have nothing to worry about since they feel God is with them. Then they lower their guards and satan has a field day with them.
The greater the (spiritual first and social second) responsibility God has granted a human, the greater the need for prayers and, for Catholics, adoration and communion.
When one is chosen by God it is as if a virtual target has appeared on the individual's back with a much greater priority assigned by satan to harm them. In his/her human arrogance they feel as if they were riding in an armored vehicle and drop their spiritual guards when in reality - by dropping their guards - they are as if they were walking stark naked across hell's Central Park.
We have explained in the past the mystical theology of how that works because we know it since we live it - and the bottom line is, as stated above:
The greater the responsibility God has granted a human, the greater the need for prayers and,
for Catholics, adoration and communion.

Comments: All that we have to say about about homosexuality and scandal has been already said and quoted many times. However, this grave scandalous behavior by the Archdiocese of Turin, as many others have been, is being blamed on the Second Vatican Council.
Just in case we have no been "politically incorrect" enough about this matter in the past, let us spell the reality as "politically incorrect" - but absolutely correct - as we are able to.
As humanity approached the times that we are living now, almost 200 years ago, God started sending Mary, our Mother, thus the Mother of the Church, to try to reverse/undo what the traditional Administrators of the Roman Catholic Church had done since the Catholic Church was sold to Emperor Constantine. What we are seeing now is the result of the rupture of the virtual dam which has been holding the real, not virtual, filth accumulated by most (not all!) controlling Administrators of the Roman Catholic Church during the last 1,600 years.
God tried to avoid the rupture of said virtual dam through Marian Apparitions but, as it was to be expected, said apparitions were turned into another enormous source of cash for the Roman Catholic Church.
Thanks be to God, He sent a few good men and women to ensure that the pristine Catholic Faith would reach His children now - when it is so much needed to safely navigate the End of These Times.
Enough! of blaming the Second Vatican Council for the results of almost 1,600 years of (mostly) decadent Administration - for some glaring examples.

In Saturday's Mass we read.... that Solomon said to God:
I serve you in the midst of the people whom you have chosen, a people so vast that it cannot be
numbered or counted. Give your servant, therefore, an understanding heart to
judge your people and to distinguish right from wrong. For who is able to
govern this vast people of yours?
To which God generously responded:
Because you have asked for this – not for a long life for yourself, nor for riches, nor for
the life of your enemies, but for understanding so that you may know what is right – I
do as you requested..... In addition, I give you what you have not asked for, such
riches and glory that among kings there is not your like.
But wait! Did not God instruct Adam thus:
You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree
of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.
[Genesis 2:16-17]
...and Adam's disobedience cost us Paradise because he and Eve ate from that tree?
Isn't the discernment of "good and evil" exactly the same as the discernment of "right from wrong"? After all "right" is always "good" and "evil" is always "wrong".
No, no.... God's memory is not slipping nor the 'alleged inventors' of the Holy Texts missed this blatant incoherence. What we seeing here is two sides of the same coin.
The only law given to man in Paradise was not to eat from that tree. Nothing else.... He had a free hand in everything else. Tragically, not only man chose to break that one law but it was broken in an effort to "be like unto God".
In Solomon's case, he asks God for such Grace and for the best reason possible - to better serve God by serving His people. In New Testament terms: Solomon was seeking the Kingdom of God and he got that and everything else - "such riches and glory that among kings there is not your like."
Divine coherence rules!
In our continuing effort.... to reinforce and build up the little faith left in the world, let us take a look at another situation which subconsciously weakens the Faith.
In a recent Mass we "heard" Paul state in no uncertain terms that:
....every one of you saith: I indeed am of Paul; and I am of Apollo; and I am of Cephas; and I
of Christ. Is Christ divided? Was Paul then crucified for you? or were you baptized in the name of
Paul? [1 Corinthians 1:12-13]
Now, with that said, how do statements (and realities) like: "I am a Dominican" or "He is a Jesuit" or "She is a Carmelite" or "I am a Franciscan" subconscioulsy transmit? Simply put: "Ignore Paul, he obviosuly did not know what he was saying".
It is indeed a miracle that the fundaments of the Catholic Faith reached the End of These Times - to help us like no other faith could - because the "Evangelizers" have done everything to kill it.... and they would have finally succeeded "...unless those days had been shortened." [Matthew 24:22]

Another ploy satan is using so that the faithful's subconscious faith is weakened is the new onslaught of young (in their early thirties) magicians - not illusionists but magicians - who are performing miracle-like-events which match most of the miracles we read that Jesus performed. The only two that we have not seen (or heard about) are: (a) resurrecting of a dead person; and (b) a major healing.
This is not a new trick for satan as we can read about in the New Testament....
There was therefore great joy in that city. Now there was a certain man named Simon, who before
had been a magician in that city, seducing the people of Samaria, giving out that he was some

But Elymas the magician (for so his name is interpreted) withstood them, seeking to turn away

The difference today is the number of them and the worldwide spread of their popularity. For example, Dynamo, about whom we have written about.
A Facebook Live video purportedly showing a live view of a "supermoon" over Greece but which in
fact was a still image with wind sounds added was viewed more than 16 million times over four
hours on January 31st, apparently going undetected by the company even as some commenters
pointed out that something fishy was going on.
Comments: How pathetically easy is to deceive the masses. This is just another reminder of the singular and tremendous importance to have the Holy Spirit of God as our "GPS" for everything!

The two individuals that we must look up to as examples to strive to emulate are Jesus and
Mary. The legitimate (among the many illegitimate) saints of the Roman and Orthodox churches
should remind us what is possible for a human if one strives to emulate are Jesus and Mary; they
are never, ever!, to take Their places.
....as if I were "anti saint", you are wrong. I have a host of saints and angels who, on behalf of God, assist me in fulfilling His Will and who are honored two or three at a time (since they are many) in every Mass I officiate.

The greater than 5.0 in the Richter scale earthquakes have continued - perhaps increased beyond the pace set for the entire 2017 year.
As you may remember, in the year 2017 we had 2.6 times as many over 5.0 earthquakes than in the average of the three previous years.
Or looking at it differently: There were an average of 122 earthquakes per month for the year 2017 as compared to an average of 48 earthquakes per month for for the previous three years combined.
For the month of January 2018 we had 132 greater than 5.0 in the Richter scale earthquakes, which is already higher that the 2017 monthly average of 122. In addition, the average magnitude has been greater than last year. If we had the time we would start accounting for them in terms of magnitude in addition to number, as we did in the past (1). Unfortunately we do not have the time nor the manpower to do so.
Obviously whatever is causing this increase in number and magnitude of earthquakes continues at work. We could propose several theories, however, that is not really important since the only response to any of them now is to pray and then pray some more!

A. Glad that you asked. God has been moving to elaborate on those matters for some time now and I have been delaying it. I take your letter as a Divine reminder to address this issue without further delay.
Your question covers two separate issues: (a) Spiritual Communion when a person is participating in a Mass physically and should not consume a host of a dubious source.; and (b) How does the Mystical Parish functions.
A. About Spiritual Communion
When an individual is attending a Mass physically and does not want to consume of host of dubious origin this is what he/she should do.
(i) Fully participate in the Mass. If the intentions of Francis and/or the intentions of another
Hierarch are prayed for, do not participate in the petition by neither pronouncing the
prayer/invocation nor confirming it with an 'Amen'.
(ii) If the prayer is for their spiritual benefit one should then participate. Remember, we must strive to be Perfect as the Father is Perfect.

B. About participating in our Mystical Parish
What this requires is that the faithful is willing to spiritually participate in the daily Sacrifice of the Mass offered by miguel de Portugal wherever he may be at the time. That desire is to be transmitted to God through personal prayer while invoking the Communion of Saints.
For example: Eternal Father, invoking the Communion of Saints, I want to mystically participate in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass which, invoking the faculties that You have bestowed upon him, miguel de Portugal is offering today.
At every Mass miguel de Portugal will include all the Members of the Mystical Parish - by invoking the Communion of Saints and the faculties bestowed upon him by God and the express desire of each individual to participate - in whichever Prayer of the Faithful is offered at that particular Mass.
Then, at the following part of the Eucharistic Prayer, miguel prays:

Faithful as well as for N.

Since there are 24 time zones in the world, and miguel may offer the Mass at any time between 2
A.M. EST and 1 P.M. EST it is impossible to coordinate the same time for all. This is not a
problem since - without going into any details of its reality - God can match the time when the
Mass is being offered to the time when the Mystical Parish member collects himself/herself in
prayer for 30 minutes after making an invocation similar to the one we used as an example above:
Eternal Father, invoking the Communion of Saints, I want to mystically participate in the Holy
Sacrifice of the Mass which, invoking the faculties that You have bestowed upon him, miguel de
Portugal is offering today.It is recommended that during those 30 minutes, and after the Penitential Rite shown below, the daily Mass readings - First, Psalm and Gospel - are meditated upon. The remainder of the time may be spent praying a Rosary and/or the Chaplet of Mercy that is currently being offered by the Focused Prayer Group.

Lord, to prepare my soul to celebrate the Sacred Mysteries, let me call to mind my many
sins.
[Silent, but thorough, examination of our conscience. Then, pray aloud (if
possible)]

In our continuing effort.... to reinforce and build up the little faith left in
the world, let us take a look at another claim which causes the subconscious of the faithful to
trigger the "Yeah, right!" attitude.... which, in turn, subconsciously further erodes the
little faith left.
How many times have we heard the Roman Catholic clergy claim that the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has 'infinite merits'? For one, I have heard that many, many times.
This is what the subconscious "thinks" when it hears such claim: If The Mass has infinite merits why is it that, with the billions of Masses offered already, the world is in a worse moral state every day that goes by?
A very valid question that causes said subconscious to conclude that such statement is another lie of the RCC, thus weakening the faith further.
The truth is that the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is the prayer (which is what the complete Liturgy is) that generates the greatest amount of Heavenly accepted merits by far. No other prayer has that merit-generating capability.
So much for the "infinite merits" claim, but be consciously and subconsciously aware of the true tremendous spiritual power of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

What we want to highlight is the reality that when God appoints someone to fulfill a major task in the history of humanity it does not mean that the individual - as a whole - is to be venerated, almost adored, as many subconsciously do. Not even totally emulated as Roman and Orthodox Catholic churches teaches their faithful.
The two greatest lessons that we all should learn from David, as just one Biblical example, is that God will fulfill through His chosen individual whatever He intended - even if it takes 40 years (Remember Moses in the desert?) - no matter what, and that the deviant chosen individual will have to pay dearly for transgressing Divine Law.
As if all the misery that befell King David for his adulterous behavior with the wife of Uriah and the outright murder of Uriah
was not enough, we read about yet another double transgression in yesterday's First Reading [2 Sm 24:2, 9-17].
First he orders a census of Kingdom, then acknowledges his wrong doing and admits it to God. God gives King David three choices to choose from as the penance for the latest offense. To wit:
The one that King David should have chosen was the second option which would have been a personal embarassment/humiliation to him without really harming others. Instead he chose the third - a three days' pestilence in his land. To wit:
What was that Your Highness? You are now blaming God for the pestilence He sent over Israel at you own request? No; the responsibility for the misery of those struck by the pestilence is now added to your Heavenly Invoice plus your blaming God for it.
Amazing, isn't it?

Just yesterday we were testing to see how Google recognized our computer in spite of the fact that any cookie placed in our system is deleted automatically and that we access them from different countries using ExpressVPN.
Quite simple.... once we had it figured out!
We store our Google password in our Browser Password Vault and that is how they identify us.... even if the Vault has not been opened!
