PURPOSE
The purpose of this News
Commentary
Section is to assist the
faithful in recognizing the signs and lies of These End Times. Somehow,
many self appointed Shepherds of These Times are trying to convince the
faithful that the Apocalypse will be, using street slang, "a piece of
cake"
for them and "hell" for all others. They are led to believe that if
they
"do this" and "do that" they do not have a thing to worry about (of
course,
so long as that between the "do this" and the "do that" they send in a
donation).
Others lead the faithful to
believe that
"All Is Well" and will
continue
to be, of course, as long as those donations keep coming in...
Wrong! For either case scenario to
be
true, the Old and New
Testament
has to be invalid. Logically, if the Holy Scriptures are invalid there
is no use for "Shepherds", is there? So what is their function besides
collecting money?
Spending it, of course!
Now, let us focus on the real
world and
the news about its
crumbling structures,
philosophies and half-baked theories. With the assistance of
the
Holy Spirit of God, Who cannot be falsified, the disoriented faithful
will
be able to understand what is truly taking place and why.

A conservative alumni group
dedicated to "exposing the most radical professors" at the
University of California at Los Angeles is offering to pay
students $100 to record classroom lectures of suspect faculty.
The Web site of the Bruin Alumni
Association also includes
a "Dirty Thirty" list of professors considered by the group to
be the most extreme left-wing members of the UCLA faculty, as
well as profiles on their political activities and writings.
UCLA Chancellor Albert Carnesale on
Thursday denounced the
campaign as "reprehensible," and school officials warned that
selling or distributing recordings of classroom lectures
without an instructor's consent violates university policy.
News of the campaign prompted former
Republican congressman
James Rogan, who helped lead impeachment proceedings against
former President Bill Clinton in the U.S. House of
Representatives, to resign from the group's advisory board.

Also typical! If we had the time we
would pursue this and, without a doubt, the
"crumb trail" would lead to us Opus Dei "devotees".
But, on the other hand, if
people do not believe "their reality" with
what
has been seriously
published
already, they truly deserve
what
awaits them. Are we going to be more Merciful than Jesus?....

- The gap between the rich and the poor
narrows in Europe - January
15th
- PÚBLICO
(Highlighting,
if any,
by The M+G+R Foundation)
Between
the years 1995 and 2003
the European Union's gap between the
rich and the poor has been reduced by 11.8 % on the average.
However, some exceptions require mention. During the same period, in
Italy the gap increased
by 66 % while Portugal, the U.K. and Ireland remained unchanged.
Sounds good, doesn't it? Such is the story whenthe
uncomfortable
details are left out of statistics.
It was in the year 2000 that the European currency became one - the
Euro - and the proverbial hell broke loose for some, to the surprise of
the people but not to the surprise of the European Union "Godparents".
That same Italy, mentioned above as the Poster Child of the abyss that
separates the rich and the poor, had actually narrowed the gap by 18.6 %;
Portugal narrowed it
by 13.5 % while the U.K. and Ireland showed hardly any change.
Therefore, the real statistics (post the Euro "Savior")
tell us that Italy's gap between the rich and the poor increased a whooping 104 %
and Portugal's increased
by 15.6 %
Now that the reader's mind has been adequately prepared with the
seemingly unfair numbers quoted above for Europe, let us look in our
own backyard.
The Gini Index which determines the degree of equality in the spreading
of wealth in a country shows, in the year 2005, Denmark at the head in
equality with a Gini Index of 24.7. Thirty four countries under,
with a
Gini Index of 40.8, is the U.S., just under Mozambique
(39.6) and just above Iran
(43). There is not a single European nation with more inequality than
the US in the spread of the wealth.
What finally floored us were the 2005 UNICEF statistics for the
children in situation of poverty expressed by a percent of all children
in each particular country. Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden are at
the lead with the lowest percentages - 2.4, 2.8, 3.4 and 4.2 %
respectively. Mexico is at the bottom with 27.7 % of the children in
situation of relative poverty. No surprises, right? None until we see
that the country just above Mexico - one removed from the bottom - is
the U.S with 21.9 % of its children living in relative poverty. Even
Greece and Italy are doing better with 12.4 % and 16.6 % respectively.
The
M+G+R Foundation Comments
The whole point of sharing with
the Faithful the above statistics is to underscore, from a different
perspective, that appearances are deceiving; even the headline of the
newspaper was deceiving since the headline was: The abyss between the rich and the poor
increases in Portugal.
How many times have we heard that U.S. kids are getting too
much? How many times have we heard that the one in five children in the
richest and most powerful nation on earth, the U.S., live in relative
poverty?
Amazing, isn't it? Will you be able to recognize the FalseChrist?

RUTH
Kelly, the Education Secretary,
last night admitted she does not
know how many registered sex offenders her department has allowed to
work in schools.
In a humiliating confession as she ordered an
inquiry into the affair, Ms Kelly said she was "not in full knowledge"
of allegedly low-risk cases - although reports said at least ten
offenders had been cleared for school work.
And pressure on her mounted as Michael Bichard, who headed the
inquiry into the Soham killings, said he was "disappointed"
Until this week, the most
controversial fact that had emerged about
Ruth Kelly was her membership of Opus Dei, the Catholic sect
that has
been caricatured in popular culture for its practice of corporal
mortification.
Yesterday, the Education Secretary's critics called for Ms Kelly to
exercise the same degree of self-flagellation.
The
M+G+R Foundation Comments
Typical!
This reminds us that, when God
or the Catholic Faith is attacked, Opus Dei members keep quiet;
however,
when Opus Dei is
attacked, they come out of the woodwork to
defend Opus Dei.
This also reminds us of
Philip
Hansen, the ex-FBI head of Soviet
counter espionage. The US spy that probably caused the most damage
to
the US National Security ever.
This also reminds us that Louis Freeh, Hansen's boss, another Opus Dei
"star", who, barely out of office writes a tell-all book... as if he
had been the head of Health, Education and Welfare or the Social
Security Administration or the Veteran Administration
and not Chief of the FBI.

Rescuers found the sole survivor of an
explosion that trapped 13 miners
in a West Virginia coal mine "by the sound of moans," mining officials
said Wednesday, about 12 hours after family members learned the initial
report that their loved ones were alive was erroneous.
Just
before midnight Tuesday, miners' families thought the men were alive
after 41 hours of entrapment. Church bells rang in celebration, and
friends and family members sang "Amazing Grace"
At 2:15 a.m., the executives
received definitive word that only one miner had survived.
Hatfield's announcement sent Anna Casto, who lost her cousin, into a
tirade. Casto
said the tragedy has shaken
the faith of some in the community, who
"don't even know if there is a Lord anymore," she said. "We had a
miracle, and it was taken away from us."
John Casto was at the church when the false report arrived and later,
the terrible news. After the
first report, "they were praising God," he said. And after the
second "they were cursing."

Luigi Cascioli lodges the present
formal complaint at the Seat of the Court of Justice in Viterbo, Versus
don
Enrico Righi, parish priest in Bagnoregio, as representative of
ministers of religion, for abuse of popular credulity and
impersonation.
After long and deep studies consisting of (and not only) textual
exegesis of the Old and New Testament and other Sacred Scriptures, the
undersigned has come to the conclusion that many of the facts produced
and presented as if being true and historical in the so called “Holy
Scriptures”, are in reality false, first of all the historicization of
the figure of Jesus Christ, for the most part based on the figure of
John of Gamala, son of Judas, downright descendant of the Asmoneian
stock.

At the risk of being repetitious we must once again thank God for His
continued assistance
in fulfilling
our function for the End of These Times.
The above lawsuit and accompanying book, enhanced by the seemingly
never ending blatant abuses by the Roman Church Administrators,
continue to demolish the little Faith left. This is why we encourage
one and all to carefully review our document Biblical Literalism or
Symbolism -
Part I

Part II
and Links, as well a the brief
historical background of the Gospels
which
we have just
published.
The Faithful are so under Evangelized, through no fault of their
own, that most cannot even defend
the
most basic tenets of
the
Catholic Faith.
Knowledge is Power! Feed you Faith; do not count on Father So and So to
defend it (
or you!) - he
is probably as lost as you are! (If he were not,
would
the Church be in the state it is now today?)

- Criminal Inquiry Opens Into Spying (NSA
Eavesdropping) Leak
- December 31st - NY Times
Selected Quotes: (Highlighting,
if any,
by The M+G+R Foundation)
WASHINGTON, Dec. 30 - The Justice
Department said on Friday that it had
opened a criminal investigation into the disclosure of classified
information about a secret National Security Agency program under which
President Bush authorized eavesdropping on people in the United States
without court warrants.
The program, whose existence was revealed in an article in The New York
Times on Dec. 16, has provoked sharp criticism from civil liberties
groups, some members of Congress and some former intelligence
officials.....
The administration first learned that The New York Times had obtained
information about the secret eavesdropping program more than a year ago
and expressed concern to editors that its disclosure could jeopardize
terrorism investigations. The newspaper withheld the article at the
time, and the government did not open a leak investigation at
that
time, presumably because such an inquiry might itself disclose the
program.
The
M+G+R Foundation Comments
Once again!.... we cannot thank God enough for His continued assistance
in fulfilling
our function for the End of These Times. In a recent document
(1) we stated:
From the bottom of his heart, miguel
de Portugal invites all the
visitors to our Domains which have a domain signature of "nipr.mil" to
pay close attention to what
we have to say: Not all of you are "birds of the same
feather" and the individual
who appears to be cooperating with you now to protect the U.S. may be
"ideological relative" of Robert P. Hansen.
Let us look very closely at the much
talked about news regarding the NSA eavesdropping.
We read above that: The New York Times had obtained
information about the secret eavesdropping program more than a
year ago
. Everyone knows that
when the press gets a hold of such a "hot item", sooner or later they
will "cash it in". Whether is Nixon's cronies breaking in Watergate or
the already famous "Clinton's blue dress."
On December 29th we read
(2) that
NSA had bee caught "red handed" because they had
"....been inserting files known as cookies
onto the computers of individuals
who visit the NSA Web site, a violation of federal rules meant to
protect privacy. Don Weber, an NSA spokesperson, told the AP that the
cookies were the
result of a recent software upgrade. On Wednesday, NSA officials
admitted using the cookies, but said that the agency had made a
mistake. 'After being tipped to the issue,
we immediately disabled the cookies,' he said."
So far, so good. They had violated the law; realized that someone was
going to catch on; disabled the cookie generating program; and when the
expected "revelation to the press" occurred, they were no longer doing
it, they had a good and believable excuse and "Case closed!"
[Incidentally,
we believe that NSA, CIA, FBI, Pentagon, etc. should be allowed to
place cookies in all visitors to their domains. We do not have a reason
to do so but they do!]
The problem over eavesdropping flap is the "unseen" obvious. Some
individuals at NSA knew that the illegal eavesdropping information was
in the hands of the New York Times; they knew that sooner or later (or
when they chose?) it would make front pages all over the world; they
knew that it would cause a bi-partisan uproar; and, above all, they
knew that it would cause a tremendous embarrassment to President Bush.
"Amazingly" enough the "leak" saw the light just about at the worse
time for President Bush, when his approval rating was hitting rock
bottom.
If this would not have been a staged event to rock the US government at
the very top, the moment the NSA knew about the leak - "more than a
year ago" - they would have: (a) Discontinued it; or (b) Legalize it
somehow so that when it hit the presses the impact would be negligible.
Actually - the WH could have turned it into a positive publicity stunt
by acknowledging that they had made a mistake but the moment they
realized it, they corrected to uphold the letter of the law.
Therefore, once again, we remind our "Guardian Angels" who visit
our Domains under the signature "nipr.mil" that:
Not all of you are "birds of the
same
feather" and the individual
who appears to be cooperating with you now to protect the US may be
an "ideological relative" (3) of Robert P. Hansen.
We may not favor the Bush Administration's policies but
(4), as Our
Lord Jesus Christ teaches us, we believe in fair play. To lie and
deceive, as the Roman Church seem to teach those in power, for "a
greater good" (of the Church, of course!) is still duplicity and
certainly has nothing in common with the behaviour of the real
disciples of Jesus Christ, whom they claim to Shepherd.

- We're "Neither Angels nor Demons,"
Says Opus Dei Spokesman
- December 25 - Zenit
Selected Quotes: (Highlighting,
if any,
by The M+G+R Foundation)
"An Opus Dei spokesman has expressed
satisfaction with a new book on the personal prelature written by an
American journalist.
Marc Carroggio, who oversees
Opus Dei's relationship with international journalists in Rome, said he
was satisfied with the book just published by John Allen. "Opus Dei: An
Objective Look Behind the Myths and Reality of the Most Controversial
Force in the Catholic Church" has been published so far in
English, Portuguese and Korean.
Carroggio told ZENIT that this is the first book that compares
dispassionately the myths and reality surrounding "the Work," as it's
called by Opus Dei members. "The author has understood well the nature
of Opus Dei," Carroggio said.
Q: You must be happy since this book clears up many issues about Opus
Dei.
Carroggio: I worked in the
Rome press office while John Allen was writing this book. I can say
that I am satisfied with it, especially with respect to its method."
The
M+G+R Foundation Comments
We cannot thank God enough for His continued assistance in fulfilling
our function for the End of These Times. No one would believe us if we
stated that Mr. Allen's book was no more than an approved white-wash -
carefully applied after the
Da
Vinci's Code was utilized to call the
world's attention to the Opus Dei. However, when an individual as Mr.
Carroggio endorses it, then it has been confirmed.
Traditionally Opus Dei will not raise its voice to defend an outrage
against God, or the Catholic Church but if anyone that they think has
wide public reach, they will "jump in hands and feet" to defend their
group. God also gave us
a
golden opportunity to illustrate that.
If only 5% of what may be learned about Opus Dei in our Opus Dei
Indexes in
English and
Spanish were true,
it would be enough to expose
Allen's book as another Opus fraud. Personally we are fed up with their
meddling in world affairs, but, thanks be to God,
their end is not far
off. We shall offer such disgust
precisely for
the conversion
of those
amongst their membership who seem to be completely ignorant of
their ultimate
goal.
