Using junk science to prove that this
or that person is the anti-Christ
Do you wonder... about the validity of a video clip being circulated
wherein a Pastor explains - using a very complicated and creative
linguistic logic - that Jesus gave us the name of the anti-Christ as
Barack Obama?
Our off-the-cuff personal
response to a
family member:
The same could be done with just about
anything in the
Bible and ancient languages and a mind with an agenda. What those
individuals should do instead of wasting time with such
derivations is start praying - there is absolutely nothing else
left to do.
A professional (albeit
conceptually the same) response from a Linguist
graduate from UCSB:
Junk science – A complete misuse of the
discipline of historical linguistics, comparing modern and old
languages, and making insupportable comparisons between Greek, Hebrew,
and Aramaic. Jesus didn't write Luke, Luke did – a physician
that spoke a fairly modern Greek. There is little or no poetic language
in the New Testament from the Golden Age of Israel (Isaiah). Most early
Christians couldn't read Hebrew and used the Septuagint, a Greek
translation of the Old Testament. Jesus probably also used the
Septuagint rather than the Hebrew Torah.

The biblical meaning of scandal - The
examples of U.S. and the Roman Catholic Church
Do you wonder...
.....what has harmed the US the most in the last decade? The violation
of the most basic human rights of the detainees and the excessive
alleged "collateral damage" amongst the civilian population in
Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq.
....what has harmed the Roman Catholic Church the most in the last
decade? The look-the-other-way attitude of the Hierarchy and the top
Vatican Administrators regarding the sexual abuse of those entrusted to
them.
....what has harmed institutionalized religion the most from time
immemorial? The "do as I say and not as I do" Evangelization
technique.
But why? Is there a common thread to cause(s) of this harm?
Yes, there is and it has been "on the Book" for almost 2,000 years.

Who

unto me: because thou savourest not the things that are of God, but the
things that are of men.

Woe
to the world because of scandals. For it must needs be that
scandals come: but nevertheless woe to that man by whom the scandal
cometh.

Let
us not therefore judge one another any more. But judge this rather,
that you put not a stumblingblock or a scandal in your brother's way.

He that loveth his
brother, abideth in the light, and there is no
scandal in him.
Any animal would have, in
2,000 years, detected the "action to reaction" effect and modified
(evolved from) their "primitive" (by our standards) behavior to prevent
such results.... yet.... "civilized" man has been unable to recognize
the problem, much less, correct it.... and were he given another 2,000
years no improvement would be forthcoming. That is why time is really
up and God will "take it from here".... and we Praise Him for it!....

hope.

enough, as the result of the
conditions we must function due to many factors - lack of effective
assistance being one of them - it was not until today - August 23rd
that we had an opportunity to view this very important, fully backed

those who are still skeptical of what we have been unceasingly
announcing since 1991, will now believe.

somehow multiplied
for the benefit of mankind.

God does not demand nor accept human
holocaust - The bad example by Jephte in the Book of Judges
Do you wonder.... if it was
really the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who was involved in this
scene from the book of Judges?

Therefore the spirit of the Lord came upon Jephte,
and going round Galaad, and Manasses, and Maspha of Galaad, and passing
over from thence to the children of Ammon, 30 He made a vow to the
Lord, saying: If thou wilt deliver the children of Ammon into my hands,
31 Whosoever
shall first come forth out of the doors of my house, and shall meet me
when I return in peace from the children of Ammon, the same will I
offer a holocaust to the Lord. 32 And Jephte passed over to the
children of Ammon, to fight against them: and the Lord delivered them
into his hands. 33 And he smote them from Aroer till you come to
Mennith, twenty cities, and as far as Abel, which is set with
vineyards, with a very great slaughter: and the children of Ammon were
humbled by the children of Israel. 34 And when Jephte returned into
Maspha to his house, his only daughter met him with timbrels and with
dances: for he had no other children. 35 And when he saw her, he rent
his garments, and said: Alas! my daughter, thou hast deceived me, and
thou thyself art deceived: for I have opened my mouth to the Lord, and
I can do no other thing.
36 And she
answered him: My father, if thou hast opened thy mouth to the Lord, do
unto me whatsoever thou hast promised, since the victory hath been
granted to thee, and revenge of thy enemies. 37 And she said to her
father: Grant me only this which I desire: Let me go, that I may go
about the mountains for two months, and may bewail my virginity with my
companions. 38 And he answered her: Go. And he sent her away for two
months. And when she was gone with her comrades and companions, she
mourned her virginity in the mountains. 39 And the two months being
expired, she returned to her father, and he did to her as he had vowed,
and she knew no man. From thence came a fashion in Israel, and a custom
has been kept: 40 That from year to year the daughters of Israel
assemble together, and lament the daughter of Jephte the Galaadite for
four days. [Judges 11]
The answer is No!
If it had been really God, He would have done what He did with Abraham
and Isaac. The true and living God does not demand nor accept human
holocaust.

The plan to use Cuba's regime as a
patsy in a nuclear attack
Do you ever wonder... why a
100% hostile-to-the-US regime,
Castro's Cuba, has been
allowed to exist just a few miles off the US Mainland for 50
(!!!) years, when every effort has been made to eradicate similar
regimes throughout the entire world (2) - no matter how far from
our shores they may be?
Could it be that those who, from within the US officialdom, have been
working on their own agenda behind the scenes for decades (3), need a
major patsy to
"hang the blame on" for a next-to-impossible-to-stop nuclear
attack on the US mainland?
Lee Harvey Oswald (4)
and Saddam Hussein are two well known patsies used in the past by those
individuals who live off the US taxpayers while planning to eventually
enslave them.
Imagine what would happen in such an eventuality since police-state
like
laws were so easily passed and implemented in the US as a direct result
of
the tragic events of 9-11, events which could be judged as minor when
compared with a limited, but psycho- traumatic, nuclear attack.
Just a thought..... or two....

The promotion of Maitreya under the
sign of a rising star
Do you wonder..... what
upcoming astronomical event the Maitreya group is aware of (among other
groups, of course) that they are risking their credibility to an
unheard of level by announcing with annoying insistence the rising of a
star that will supposedly shine
night and day, just prior to Maitreya (world teacher-christ figure)
being unveiled on national television in the US?
Even the
Discovery Channel is promoting it on national television in the US. The
anti-Christ group, Share International, is airing this commercial and
has posted the commercial (1),
as well as another (2),
on YouTube. They have engaged in a flurry of activity recently,
including press releases that have been posted at Marketwatch.com,
heralding the coming of the world teacher known as "christ", Buddha,
Krishna, etc. They have been predicting this for years and now they are claiming that
Maitreya has arrived and is ready to go to work to eradicate the
many problems in our world.
This Maitreya is not the False Christ we have announced (3). He would fall in the
category announced thus: For there
shall arise false Christs and
false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders, insomuch as to
deceive (if possible) even the elect. [Matthew
24:24]

The attempt to discredit the mgr.org
domain name of The M+G+R Foundation
Do you ever wonder..... to
what extent some will go to discredit the main "internet face" of The
M+G+R Foundation, i.e. the mgr.org
Domain ?
Wonder no more.....
We have
been informed that:
An
on-line casino - Superior Casino
- with a listed home in Great Britain...
Uses a credit card paying front, (2) which is listed in
Dubai...
Which shows on the credit card bill as
charged to WWW.M-G-R.ORG...
An organization that claims as its business mail sales of pet leashes
and coats...
With its Domain
being hosted by a hosting company in Dallas, Texas
If it is just a coincidence it must be
one of those "one in a million"
events - even without considering the fact that The M+G+R Foundation
was born in Houston, Texas - just a stone's throw away from
Dallas, Texas, and
that the ".ORG" indicator is not to be used in
for-profit commercial purposes.
We will see how God wishes to handle this
obvious smear to the mgr.org
name.
