Something to share with your readers. This isn't just an “exercise”, due to the 'WHO LEVEL 6 PANDEMIC STATUS' being in force, they now have the literal power under US Law to enforce what they claim 'is an exercise'.
The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, the NATIONAL SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/NSPD 51 and HOMELAND SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/HSPD-20 (1)
2. Under the National Emergency Act, the President "may seize property, organize and control the means of production, seize commodities, assign military forces abroad, institute martial law, seize and control all transportation and communication, regulate the operation of private enterprise, restrict travel, and, in a variety of ways, control the lives of United States citizens."
12. Any physician or other health care provider who refuses to perform medical examination or vaccinations as directed shall be liable for delicensure and the inability to continue to practice in the State.
Article V Section 504(b). The Act gives the public health authority the right to isolate or quarantine a person on an ex parte court order, with no hearing for at least 72 hours. If the public health authority decides that an unvaccinated person is a risk to others, even if uninfected, he could be quarantined, per Article V Section 503(e).
: "Neither the State, its political subdivisions, nor, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Governor, the public health authority, or any other State official referenced in this Act, is liable for the death of or any injury to persons, or damage to property, as a result of complying with or attempting to comply with this Act or any rule or regulations promulgated pursuant to this Act," per Article VIII Section 804.
23. The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive, signed on May 9, 2007 declares that in the event of a “catastrophic event”;
"The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government."
(1) this directive establishes a comprehensive national policy on the continuity of Federal Government structures and operations and a single National Continuity Coordinator responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of Federal continuity policies. This policy establishes "National Essential Functions," prescribes continuity requirements for all executive departments and agencies, and provides guidance for State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector organizations in order to ensure a comprehensive and integrated national continuity program that will enhance the credibility of our national security posture and enable a more rapid and effective response to and recovery from a national emergency.
24.(b) "Catastrophic Emergency" means any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions.“
27. The WHO and UN will become the controlling agencies in the US in the event of a declared pandemic level 6.
54. The WHO Pandemic Six level declaration entitles President Obama to impose martial law and deploy FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security "Pandemic Task Forces". Each State Governor will be notified that the provisions of the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA) will be implemented. This means that all Americans must consent to mass vaccinations, or be guilty of a felony crime. The legal situation is that anyone who refuses the vaccine, and/or resists forced relocation to a prepared "quarantine compound", can "legally" be shot and killed because police are allowed to use "deadly force“ against felony suspects.

Peace dearest family!
I know how busy you are and hate to bother you, so if the request for confirmation to remain on the list is from an earlier date (1), no reply is necessary, but if somehow i am not receiving your e-mail please, please, show me how to correct this... unless of course it is God's Will that I no longer receive your emails... then as sad as that would be for me, I will accept it...
It is my only desire to live according to His Will for me...
If this is good-bye, please know I will still always pray for you and all of the MGR family, and offer my daily sufferings for you as well, and always, always, be grateful to God for all the help He has allowed you to give me over the years...
Because of all of His help mostly through you (2), your pages and private replies these last 8 years, this is now how my life is going:
I have wanted to write to you, and let you know about this, but also keep in mind how busy you are and so have hesitated to write you.
But now that i have been prompted by this mornings posting....
I do want you to now to know how healthy and well my daughter, who was so sick from the cell towers just a few years ago, now is, and how wonderful the farm He has given me, is doing and how many people He is healing through it...
I am a 'NYC girl' who had never even seen farm animals, until God called me to buy and raise them 2 years ago, and couldn't never even really maintain house plants, never mind even thinking about planting a whole vegetable garden... through His Grace, I now have enough growing that we should not only have enough to feed our large family and all those He keeps sending to us, but hopefully enough to supply 10 other families who are all financially hurting right now.
It certainly is true that 'if God calls you to do something', He doesn't just expect you to do it, whether you know how to or not. He mercifully gives you His Grace to be able to do it... (3)
Our whole farm reflects this, and those around us are beginning to see God's Glory from it too... all those that know us, know we couldn't possibly have done this without His Grace, especially as I have continued to work 50-60 hours a week on my job and yet still have had the 'time' to plant this 100x100 ft garden mostly all by myself... to look at this farm, anyone would think we know what we are doing... and yet we didn't and don't.
It truly is His Grace that has supplied it all... and, best of all, I received my confirmation this week that I am doing as He Wills too with the farm...
When we first thought about moving, i wanted to name my farm after His Mother under the title "Rosa Mystica' and received a clear 'No' from Her to not name my farm this.
I was disappointed but later on She showed us that She would prefer that we name it 'Our Lady of Victory Farm', although there was no clear confirmation on this - just a very strong feeling that my husband and I had, that this is was what She wanted...
This week I received the confirmation... someone mentioned to me that my farm resembled a Victory Garden. I wasn't sure what they meant or were so I looked it up.
The definition from Wikipedia of a 'Victory Garden":
He has not just had us plant a 'Victory Garden' but form a whole 'Victory Farm' with animals and all, even fish in our pond, to feed all those that He continues to send to us.
Praise God for His Mercy and Love for it truly is abundant, and for all the help and guidance He has given us, especially through you Miguel, I will be forever be grateful to Him and you...
May God always continue to bless you all, so that you can continue to help many more of His Children in whatever little time is left... so that all those that still 'need to hear' can hear His calling them too...

I just wanted you to know that my 25 year old daughter is pregnant. Unbelievable!
She has been told by several gynecologists, since she was 16, that she would never ever have children. From the moment we were told I have been praying for her. She has been resigned to this and had gone ahead and planned her career and life accordingly. She married, bought a house, moved in 2 weeks ago, and is in a job she absolutely loves.
She called me this morning and described her symptoms but also said she had taken 3 pregnancy tests all were negative. She was however in great pain. I told her to try the gynecologist near her office, she is not an Obstetrician. This doctor who had never seen my daughter just happened to have a cancellation just as she called.
Low and behold she did a new test on her and then a confirming procedure. She is definitely pregnant. She has done nothing but cry all day long. She is very happy and her husband is ecstatic. He left work immediately to go home, her boss sent her home as well - besides she can't exactly do payroll if she is sobbing uncontrollably.
Do I believe a miracle occurred? Yes I do.
Last night both my parents, who are deceased, came to me. I have been praying for their quick ascent into heaven. I don't know if they were saying they made it but I want to believe that because they were smiling so brightly.
The baby is due on my mother's birthday. When we realized that we both started crying because my daughter is just like my mother - they are like two peas in a pod.
We can't go looking for miracles but when they come we must let them envelop our entire body and soul or we will never truly appreciate them. God is great!

I write today because I have valuable advice for those concerned about the swine flu and the ineffective (or worse) vaccine that is being cooked up.
I have known for some time that vitamin D is critical for proper immune function, and to protect against the sort of hyper-inflammation of the lungs that is the cause of death when flu kills.
This realization kicked in when during the SARS mini-epidemic when I learned that they were saving critically ill patients with anti-inflammatory steroids. Vitamin D3 is a natural anti-inflammatory steroid, which has numerous functions essential for immune health and other properties.
Why is flu a seasonal disease, worst during winter? Because most people are deficient in vitamin D during winter, when they do not get sunlight. With exposure to the sun, a normal person will make between 20,000 and 50,000 units of vitamin D in their skin within the first 15 minutes, after which production ceases as the skin runs out of substrate.
To stay healthy and avoid flu (and many other viral ailments), it is best for an adult who is not getting sunshine to consume 4,000 to 6,000 (roughly in proportion to weight) units of vitamin D3 per day, and for children 1,000 to 2,000 units. It is cheap and available at any WalMart in America, among other places. Toxicity is not an issue at these doses, as it takes on the order of 100,000 units per day for an extended period to see any negative effects.

In reference to your posting about the New Encyclical (see below).....

The truth is that charity begins at home. Maybe if we clean out the beam from our eyes we can pick the dust mote out of the rest of the world's.
It's very hard to see the pontificating going on when the pope seems to pay no attention to separating his magisterial sheep and goats. It's not that that there isn't enough evidence to do so. (1)
The frustration comes when we the faithful keep being told not to mind the course setting when we clearly see the iceberg right in front of us!
Christ said , "my grace is sufficient for you." That's truth in love.

The M+G+R Foundation Comments: Considering how much they must have tried to disguise his real meaning - shall we say, the Opus Dei real agenda - it is all there except for: We can be placed in charge of it.
It is interesting to see how the concept has been transferred back to John XXIII and Paul VI and "their" Second Vatican Council (2) - the two Popes who would not even give an audience to Josemaria Esrcivá (while three Popes had an explicit Open Door policy with Don John Bosco (3) ).
Now, we shall see how the other two of the Threesome of Saviors (4) will react.

I recently got a book titled Sexuality and German Fascism, a collection of scholarly essays on Nazi policy pertaining to prostitution, homosexuality, interracial unions, women, and related matters. I got it to go with my Opus Dei and Tradition, Family, and Property references.
In this book, the author says (in an essay on prostitution at the time of the Berlin Olympics in 1936) that "The appearance of sexual purity was uppermost in the minds of health authorities and their political superiors." (p. 237)
You have said that after the Third World War, which will be very brief and devastating, there will be a totalitarian regime of the left. (1) (2) I can see two possible sexual/cultural regimes that could go with that regime:
(a) A hedonistic ethos, akin (in fact) to what exists in "progressive" areas of the USA, Canada,
and Western Europe. To get the people to accept the leftist ("socialist") revolution, there would
be abundant (adult) pornography, the acceptance of heterosexual and homosexual fornication, easy
divorce, same sex unions, abortion on demand, and the like. As in Huxley's Brave New World, the
trade offered to the people is that in return for sexual freedom, they are to give up their other
freedoms. The dominant theme would be equality among sexes (and sexual orientations), and mutual
consent. This sex ethos would be used as a battering ram against traditional Islamic, Hindu,
Confucian, and Buddhist cultures.
(b) Another possibility would be the triumph of a neo-Stalinist discipline on sexuality, as existed in the Soviet Bloc and in Maoist China. To maintain revolutionary fervor and discipline, sex outside of marriage, homosexuality, and pornography would be discouraged. Nevertheless, equality between the sexes would be a key part of this neo-Communist regime; abortion would remain legal. It would be like Orwell's 1984. This neo-Soviet sexual regime might find more acceptance among Muslims, Hindus, and others in the Third World who are already sick of US and West European cultural imperialism.

But after this left-wing NWO is brought down (presumably, in large part, due to Divine intervention), the right-wing, religious totalitarian regime will take over. It will enforce (public) "puritanism" with a legalistic zeal that would eclipse the Puritans and the Victorians. Homosexual unions and sex acts, abortion, pornography, divorce, adultery, prostitution, and extramarital sex would be illegal. So would artificial contraception. Revealing female dress would be out; women will be forced into "Christian" equivalents of burqas, for the sake of purity. The New Chastity would be enforced by law, and would be a mandatory public standard. But beneath the surface, depraved forms of sexuality would be rife.
- Victorian morality would be enforced for the masses; the elites would wink at each other's
vices.
- Equality between men and women would be replaced by patriarchy and a renewed acceptance of hitting women and children to keep them in line. Domestic violence would be widespread.
- Prostitutes would remain available to the elite, and human trafficking/sexual slavery would be widespread.
- The focus among the elite would be to act out their domination over the rest of us. This attitude would invade their bedrooms, making (secret) sadomasochism, exploitation of children and teenagers, and exploitation of employees commonplace.
- Lust-murder, necrophilia, bestiality, and integration of sex with demonism would become more widespread among the elite, as their absolute power and hypocrisy corrupts them further. Practices once confined to the criminally insane would now be found among those who sit in board rooms.
- Equality between men and women would be replaced by patriarchy and a renewed acceptance of hitting women and children to keep them in line. Domestic violence would be widespread.
- Prostitutes would remain available to the elite, and human trafficking/sexual slavery would be widespread.
- The focus among the elite would be to act out their domination over the rest of us. This attitude would invade their bedrooms, making (secret) sadomasochism, exploitation of children and teenagers, and exploitation of employees commonplace.
- Lust-murder, necrophilia, bestiality, and integration of sex with demonism would become more widespread among the elite, as their absolute power and hypocrisy corrupts them further. Practices once confined to the criminally insane would now be found among those who sit in board rooms.
The longer this regime remains in place, the more it will stand for violence and hypocrisy. As its leaders' depravity becomes known (or widely rumored), the masses will come to view "purity", "chastity," and "holiness" as curse-words; the longer that evil masquerades as good, the more that goodness itself will seem evil.
In brief, the sexual regime of the leftist NWO is prefigured by present-day Holland, Denmark, or Sweden ... or, in the neo-Stalinist case, by the old USSR or East Germany. The sexual regime of the rightist NWO is prefigured by (who else?) Nazi Germany.
In either case, the only rescue will come from God. The saving grace is - as it now appears - each of these regimes will be allowed only a very brief reign (less than a year or two, at the outside), so the damage they can do to souls will be less than it might have been otherwise.

While reviewing yet another story (1) (highlights below) about the Ark of the Covenant and the Ethiopian Patriarch, this is what comes to mind...
The Italian stories about the unveiling of the ARk of the Covenant began to run on June 17th, nine
days before the supposedly scheduled announcement of June 26th... and two weeks before the current
story (see highlights below).
If the Italian press report was so bad, why did it take the Patriarch or one of his authoritative representatives (not the anonymous web master who has been quoted denying the whole affair) so long to quash the story and issue a factual statement.
It is not as if Ethiopia is devoid of people who know Italian; the Italians have had dealings with that country at least since the wars of 1896 and 1935.

The head of Ethiopia's Orthodox Church on Tuesday denied reports that he is about to unveil to the world the Ark of the Covenant that Moses is said to have stored the Ten Commandments tablets in.
Patriarch Abune Paulos said Italian media had incorrectly reported that he would place the Ark in a museum in the country's north.

"I am deeply disappointed that the Italian media misquoted me and disseminated false information about me unveiling the Ark of the Covenant to the world," he said at a news conference.

Fr. George Rutler (Opus Dei) was the national chaplain for Legatus for 10 years, until assuming the pastorate of the NYC Church of Our Saviour in September of 2001, literally days before the 9-11 event. He had previously been a curate in the Wall St. area Our Lady of Victory church, which is known as an Opus Dei center for various meetings. He is still intricately involved with Legatus and its members.

The "Fr. Mc Closkey" mentioned is Fr. C. John Mc Closkey III, the ringleader of Opus Dei in Washington DC, in whose pocket are Congressmen, numerous government employees, businessmen, lobbyists, and the prelates of the surrounding dioceses.
