PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to provide a historical record showing how major governments around the world have shamelessly lied by breaking their promise that "Covid vaccines will not be mandatory/compulsory". In these countries where such a promise was made, vaccination is already compulsory, although not for all, but for a large number of people.

Please Note: In many countries, vaccination is mandatory for many people, but here we are focusing only on a selection of countries where a clear promise was made not to mandate it. Note also that this record is about vaccination publicly recognized as mandatory or compulsory, in order to show, without any doubt, that we have been lied to. For other ways of forcing universal vaccination - coercion and threats - the reader can look to other sources (1).

INTRODUCTION

The President of the United States, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, the Prime Minister of Australia, the Health Minister of Israel, and the President of Russia all promised that injections (experimental vaccines (2)) would not be mandatory... and they have not been slow to break their promises.

Please note that they did not say "vaccination will not be mandatory except for some", they said "vaccination will not be mandatory". They wanted people to believe that nobody would be forcibly "vaccinated". This was clearly the message and, so, a void promise, a shameless lie.

Also the Vatican, an institution that is supposed to be an example of rectitude and coherence, preached one thing and then has done the opposite. The following table is a summary of the information documented in the Details section:

It is interesting that the five governments in this table (not including the Vatican) have announced the first compulsory measures practically at the same time, all in June/July 2021, in almost perfect synchronization.

USA

December 2020 - They promised...

Joe Biden: Covid vaccination in US will not be mandatory (4)

July 2021 - Vaccination is/will be mandatory for:

August 2021 - Vaccination is/will be mandatory for:

* In New York City: Anyone wanting to attend entertainment venues, workout in a gym or dine inside; Starting on Aug. 17 (Source, 16-Aug-2021)

* All members of the U.S. military; deadline Sept. 15 (Source, 9-Aug-2021)

* In Ohio: Staff in all Columbus-area hospitals (Source, 3-Aug-2021)

September 2021 - Vaccination is/will be mandatory for:

Joe Biden has left no doubt that he will make vaccination mandatory for everyone if people do not take it voluntarily, when he says that "We've been patient" as a justification for the current mandates. In this way, he is announcing that only "patience" restrains him from forcibly vaccinating everyone.

October 2021 - Vaccination is/will be mandatory for:

* In Ohio: Workers and volunteers of the six Cincinnati area hospital systems (Source, 5-Aug-2021)

* California will require students in seventh through 12th grades to get vaccinated in both public and private schools, the governor Gavin Newsom's office said on Friday (Source, 1-Oct-2021)

Joe Biden: "We have to beat this thing. So, while I didn’t race to do it right away, that’s why I’ve had to move toward requirements that everyone get vaccinated or I had the authority to do that." (Source, 7-Oct-2021)

United Kingdom

November 2020 - They promised...

UK's Johnson: There will be no compulsory COVID vaccination (5)

June 2021 - Vaccination is/will be mandatory for:

Australia

August 2020 - They promised...

Prime Minister Scott Morrison: Coronavirus vaccines will not be compulsory (6)

Note: In August 2020, he said "I would expect it to be as mandatory as you could possibly make it" (Source), although he acknowledged that "There are no mechanisms for compulsory" (Source). Obviously, that means that he is fully in favor of making vaccination mandatory for everyone as soon as the needed legal mechanism are in place in Australia.

June 2021 - Vaccination is/will be mandatory for:

Israel

February 2021 - They promised...

Health Minister Yuli Edelstein: The vaccines will not be mandatory (7)

July 2021 (Announced), Starting in Aug. 2021 - Vaccinations or regular testing are mandatory for:

(a) Anyone wanting to go to the cinema, the theater, the synagogue, the amusement park, the soccer game or any activity with over 100 people; those tested who refuse vaccines will fully bear the cost of the test (Source, 25-Jul-2021)

September 2021

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has left no doubt that his government will make vaccination mandatory for everyone if people do not take it voluntarily, when he says that "Our tolerance for people who do not get vaccinated has run out" as a justification for their last measures. In this way, he is announcing that, from now on, "running out of tolerance with the unvaccinated" is a valid justification for any mandate.

Russia

May 2021

Putin: Russia won't make Covid vaccines compulsory (8)

June 2021 - Vaccination is/will be mandatory for:

The Vatican

December 2020

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith: Vaccination must be voluntary (9)

February 2021 - Vaccination is/will be mandatory for:

All employees in the Vatican - every student, staff member and professor (10)

October 2021

On Oct. 1, everyone who enters Vatican City will need a COVID-19 pass showing they have either been fully vaccinated, tested negative, or have recently recovered from the disease. The Vatican museums have already required a Green Pass for entry. (Source, 21-Sep-2021)

As of Oct. 1, employees who fail to provide one of the three [fully vaccinated, tested negative, or have recently recovered from COVID-19] will be banned from entering their offices and will be considered absent without cause - and without pay (Source, 30-Sep-2021). Those who opt for regular testing have to pay for the test, around $25, out of pocket every 48 hours [this means $375/month] (Source, 4-Oct-2021).

CONCLUSION

The degree to which each one excuses these false promises of the political/religious leaders - and forgets their lies of the past, willing to accept new promises - is proportional to the fear each one has from thinking that "If we can't trust them, what are we left with? We have to trust someone!"

Most people will even try to rationalize it, thinking that, "OK, I know that our political leaders are liars, that they lie in matters of money and power, but they will not lie me on matters of health, or, at least, not all the time, and if they have failed in their promises, it was an honest mistake, because they were not aware of the new dangers that were to come" (11).

The way this will continue to develop will be a spiral of denial (12). For those who now accept the false promises of their leaders, it will be like this: the more desperate the situation in the world becomes, the more they will deny that those who come to "save" them are deceiving them, because they need to "believe in someone". If they do not have God, that is, if they do not believe or do not trust in God, they do not want to fall into the void of "not having someone to lead them" (13).

In God alone we trust!

(11) Part of the contradiction of that thought is: Even if we assume that they not lie on purpose, then, if they are not aware of the new dangers to come, they can't be trusted on any promise about the future - they are shameless enough to make promises about the unknown, which is tantamount to lying.
