Part II
December 2021 - Year of the 90th
anniversary of the "Pope's Radio" (1)
PURPOSE
The purpose of this document in two parts is to continue highlighting
the absence of Christ like behavior by those who claim to
serve/represent Him.
Our intent in this Part II is to keep updated
(post-2005) the details of the first part (2), so that
nobody discards the original article for being too old. Also, we will
clarify our conclusion, which still holds, when we said:
Nothing new under the Sun - Mammon
rules at the Vatican as it has for the last 1600 years.
BACKGROUND
The fist part of this document (2)
was a guest article, dated in May 2005,
with the following headline:
A Roman Catholic
cardinal and a
priest in charge of Vatican Radio have been convicted of polluting the
atmosphere with powerful electromagnetic waves.
The following quote is from another article in the same year
2005: (2)
Local residents and
environmentalists have sought to have the Vatican close down the
complex since 2000.
[But.....] because of the
Vatican's status as an independent state ..... the complaints
against Vatican Radio were bouncing back and
forth in the Italian courts.
Michelozzi's survey [in 2002]
determined that if leukemia incidence was measured in concentric
circles around the radio complex, rates dropped off with increasing
distance from the transmitters. Based on that finding, a
court-appointed expert science panel in the legal proceeding against
the Vatican concluded, questionably (4), that "the weight of
evidence... is
much more in favor of the existence of a [cancer] risk" and that it "is
in favor of a causal relationship." That assessment, together with the
Vatican's violation of Italian power limits, is what prompted
the
guilty verdict last May against the Vatican officials.
In this case, it was since 2000 that...
The Vatican is reported
to be using its diplomatic immunity to hinder investigations of
[the] claims that Vatican radio transmitters are causing cancer in the
a northern suburb of Rome. The Vatican is reported to have returned
paperwork sent to them by investigating magistrates on the grounds that
the antennae complex has extra-territorial status. (5)

July 2010
A new
report on the
health effects of the Vatican's shortwave transmitters says the church
is causing cancer in children (6)
The new 300-page research report, by a
team at Milan's National Tumor Institute led by Andrea Micheli,
supports the claim of Cesano residents: Nineteen children living at a
distance of 12 km or less from the antennas died from leukemia or
lymphoma between 1980 and 2003, a figure higher than in control groups
in other parts of the country.

Italian
court upholds
fines on Vatican Radio for excess electromagnetic emissions (7)
The [Italy’s highest] court upheld
a decision requiring Vatican Radio to pay damages to the town of
Cesano, located near the broadcaster’s transmission facility outside
Rome. However, the court also overturned a criminal conviction and
10-day suspended sentence that a lower court had imposed on Cardinal
Roberto Tucci, the former chairman of the Vatican Radio board. ..... A
researcher at the National Tumor Institute says that the court prevented him and his
colleagues from making the report available (4).
And the consumer
association that backed Cesano inhabitants responds:
''We're satisfied. Now we'll see what happens with
the other more serious question
of the increase in mortality for leukemia among Cesano inhabitants''.

CONCLUSION
Nothing new under the Sun - Mammon rules at the Vatican as it has for
the last 1600 years.
This conclusion is the same as in 2005 (2), except that we expand
it here
for clarity. The same behaviour that they
displayed in 2000-2005 has been just painfully extended and confirmed
for more years in this case.
If you expect the world to publicly acknowledge that intense
electro-magnetic radiations can cause cancer or other severe harm to
health, you may also expect the hell to be frozen, since today
"civilized" world depends completely on intense electro-magnetic
radiations
from everywhere to sustain the modern, technological life (4)(9). What is at issue here is that the
Vatican acts as just another institution of
the world and for the world, as if moved by the same motivations and in
the same ways as any
other institution of the world.
This is a "saint" institution that has violated the law regarding
Italian power limits, and lawfully condemned for it. A "saint"
institution that, instead of carefully listen to the suffering people (10),
only
reacts when the civil law is called. But, then, a "saint" institution
that appeals to a status as an independent state to be exempt from the
law.
And, finally, even if we assume, for a moment, that material
motivations were not behind their alleged disbelief about
the cause of the health problems around the Vatican Radio towers,
there still is the question that the
Vatican
has been a source of scandal (11)
for the people in the vicinity of the antennas who
do believe in the alleged
cause of the serious health problems that they have had or are
suffering from.

are made proving or suggesting the harm from electro-magnetic antennas,
they always be labeled as "questionable" from the mainstream media, or
prevented to be public. This is to be expected in a world whose
telecommunications are totally dependent on permanently emitting
