(A) The lack of adequate response to the Exhortations and Warnings from Heaven. Its possible consequence; and
(B) The Developments in Iran regarding Fátima.

Your Eminence:

May the Peace of God and the Consolation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary find repose in your soul during the Advent Season and forever.

The latest developments regarding Our Lady of the Rosary of Fátima and the man-created confusion with the daughter of the Prophet Mohammed has been brought to my attention tonight.

You are strongly urged to do everything you can to fulfill the requests made by Heaven through miguel de Portugal in the referenced communication to you.

The explosive Teheran-Vatican-Fátima crisis, regarding the Apparitions of Our Lady of the Rosary at Fátima, has been allowed by the Passive Will of God in response to the paralyzing effect the improper interpretation of the Virtue of Prudence continues to have in the Vatican Circles.

From the press it is noted that the Vatican, through its local Nunciature, has vigorously and rightfully protested the disinformation campaign.

Your Eminence, the Corollary of said posture is that: The Vatican, as a Sovereign State, has publicly acknowledged worldwide, through diplomatic, thus, official means, the reality of the Fátima Apparitions, up to and including the acknowledgment of the Miracle. Those Blessed Events have been, in effect, upgraded from "A Matter of Faith" to "A Matter of State".

miguel de Portugal urges you to carefully examine the contents of the communication to you and His Eminence, D. António Ribeiro, dated August 29, 1995, under the light of above paragraph.

Your Eminence, miguel de Portugal pleads with you, and with all, to fulfill the requests of Heaven without delay. It is not miguel de Portugal who acts, it is God Who acts by allowing (Passive Will) His enemies to prune the branches of the vine which refuse to produce and impede others.

Quoting from the referenced document:

"miguel de Portugal is not charged by Heaven to do anything else, regarding this matter, than to transmit this Confidential documentation to you."

Further, up to the nuclear holocaust, "Additional steps that need to be taken on this matter, are not within the area of his responsibility. His responsibility on this matter, before the eyes of God, has been fulfilled."

What is being done through this new communication is interpreting the handwriting on the wall as it develops [A parallel to Daniel Chapter 5].

miguel de Portugal cannot even assume any merit for this action for it truly is an act of the Mercy of God. The only merit that this instrument may acknowledge, is his humble submission to the Infinitely Wise Divine Plan and the Perfect Will of God. `Humble submission' it is, otherwise, you may be assured, his actions would be quite different.

The Holy Spirit is implored to illuminate those who need illuminating on this matter. What is to take place in the world, will take place. However, the severity of the events, by Divine Law, rests in the hands of man.
