Whereas the danger of a.... Coup d'Etat in Greece was spoken about in hushed tones, the possibility of one in Portugal is being spoken "loud and clear" by responsible entities in Portugal, on the printed press and on the televised news. (1) (2)

For openers, last Saturday more than 10,000 members of the armed forces held a peaceful manifestation decrying the imposed austerity measures. In Portugal one cannot talk about "tightening the belt". To tigthen the belt you need to have a belt, and the poor people have even lost their pants - never mind the belts!

Why is this Coup d'Etat possibility (in any European Union country) a major concern? Because a Coup d'Etat in a European Union country will bring down the European Union dream (dream for some, but a nightmare for most) and all associated with it.

Did you know that.... the Orthodox Mass Lectionary does not contain any readings from the Book of Revelations?

This is "Denial" taken to the highest possible level.

But, then again, what do we know?

We only know what Jesus Christ has taught and, Blessedly, little of what "religious" men and women have.

Continuing our review.... of the treatment given by the Church Administration to St. John's Book of Revelations (Apocalypse):

Chapter 9 verses 1-21 have been omitted from the Mass readings.

[1] And the fifth angel sounded the trumpet, and I saw a star fall from heaven upon the earth, and there was given to him the key of the bottomless pit. [2] And he opened the bottomless pit: and the smoke of the pit arose, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened with the smoke of the pit. [3] And from the smoke of the pit there came out locusts upon the earth. And power was given to them, as the scorpions of the earth have power: [4] And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, nor any green thing, nor any tree: but only the men who have not the sign of God on their foreheads. Chapter 10 verses 1-7 have been omitted from the Mass readings.

Chapter 11 verses 1-3, 13-18 and 19b have been omitted from the Mass readings.

[14] The second woe is past: and behold the third woe will come quickly. I just wonder what could have prompted the Vatican exorcist to issue hose statements, when he should be one of the first to discern the "spirit" ?

Regarding the position of Fr. Gabriele Amorth, chief exorcist for the Diocese of Rome: We like to think that things are not as bad as we know they are. This is one of the examples as to why I cannot even fool myself thinking that "things are not as bad as we know they are".

I hope you are doing well.  I have been doing an awful job lately.  It seems like I fail every test God throws at me, and I only find out after I have totally messed things completely up.

People are trying to convince me that God is not omnipotent.  For some reason, I have to believe that God is capable of all, sees all, knows all and is ultimately in control of all.   

I am not sure why that is so important to me lately. I have been in the desert again and realizing what a selfish pig I basically have become. 

My scapular is still on, so that is a good sign. I never managed to take that off even in my open rebellion days.

It seems that wherever I go, I am seeing violence and people getting in fights.  A guy attacked me next to the Basilica. I have been feeling stressed, questioning my motives, snapping at people.   It feels like some kind of bad energy is in the air.

Please pray for me!

A. Congratulations! Do you think that satan would waste his time mercilessly harassing one of his own? Of course not!  Since he cannot lose a soul which is predestined to Heaven, all he can do is make their lives miserable.

Now then - Why will God allow it? As we have said many times: Even satan must serve God. Therefore here is what God is doing for you:


Regarding the Omnipotence of God - Even the creationists, atheists and those who just downright hate God cannot prove that it was not God Who Created the Universe from nothing and continues to sustain it. Even the Big-Bang scientist have to acknowledge the fact that the Universe came from a point so small that is without measure (because, of course, it was from "nothing").

Therefore - from any perspective: Anyone who can accomplish that is as Omnipotent as it could possibly be.

Besides - we know Him, and see Him in action day in and day out and, brother, we can assure you from a very simple and humble mortal perspective: He is not only Omnipotent.... He IS downright Awesome!

Did you know that.... Medjugorje visionary Ivan Dragicevic's apparition on November 17 in the Cathedral of Vienna will be live-streamed over the Internet? (1)

According to Ivan, the Virgin Mary will bless all online viewers who pray along and follow the apparition, as if they had been physically present. Religious items brought next to the computer will also be blessed.

A six-digit number of people from all over the world will be praying in front of their computers when Medjugorje visionary Ivan Dragicevic's apparition on November 17 in Vienna, Austria, is being live-streamed in English and Spanish by MaryTV, and in German by Kathnet.

The Mass after Ivan’s apparition will be presided over by Cardinal Christoph Schönborn. Last year the Cardinal welcomed the two Medjugorje visionaries:

“Dear Marija, dear Ivan, thank you – first of all – that you came!  Thank you that you came again! Thank you for your service across so many years, for your work, for your service of being messengers of Our Lady.  You bring us – children of this world, children of humanity – her love and her presence and may God pay you back one hundred fold for what you are doing tirelessly!” Cardinal Schönborn said.

The final result of the Vatican Commission on Medjugorje will certainly be advantageous, says Cardinal Christoph Schönborn of Vienna who openly expresses his conviction that the Virgin Mary does appear in Medjugorje.(2)

Cardinal Christoph Schönborn of Vienna not only believes that the apparitions in Medjugorje are real. He also believes that the final conclusions of the Vatican Commission assigned to investigate the events at Medjugorje will end up serving Medjugorje very well.

Fr. Gabriele Amorth, chief exorcist for the Diocese of Rome throughout the years has embraced Medjugorje, and he has called the place "a great fortress against Satan". (3)

Ignoring the apparitions in Medjugorje is unforgivable for Christians, says Rome’s leading exorcist who shakes his head at those who wait until the Church has ruled. Speaking of "betrayal" Fr. Gabriele Amorth also lashes out at bishops and priests for being indifferent to the fruits of Medjugorje.

By willingly failing to pay attention to the Virgin Mary's apparitions in Medjugorje, a great number of Christians have proven to be no different from pagans. Within this great number, both bishops and priests are included, the leading Catholic exorcist of the past 20 years said in a September 15 interview given to Radio Maria.

Regarding Medjugorje:

The Viennese Cardinal Schönborn continues to promote Medjugorje and now compares it to Lourdes, while calling it 'a school of normal Christian life'. (1)

The M+G+R Foundation Commented:  This is a reckless outrage. We remind our readers about our position about Medjugorje:


The man who became miguel de Portugal visited Medjugorje in the second half of the eighties and it was not until he broke away from the tourist scene which pervaded the whole area that he reestablished contact with the supernatural which could be felt in that once holy village.

But before "we get misty eyed" let us have a reality check about that "stream of graces" which allegedly flows from Medjugorje.

What was one of the first teachings that Mary imparted at the very beginning? On July 21, 1982, She is reported to have said (and repeated frequently thereafter):


It was in 1987 - six years after the first Marian manifestation there - when the winds of war started to blow in the Federal Republic Of Yugoslavia (3) - where Medjugorje was located. Essentially the Milosevic era started and the rest is history... a bloody war history still being worked out in the World Tribunal at The Hague.

Then we must pose the following: Either Mary lied or the millions upon millions that visited Medjugorje prior to the Milosevic era were no more than religious tourists who took home with them little more than their dirty laundry and a few souvenirs.

Of course Mary did not lie! What She said is true and we know it (not believe it, but know it from much actual practice). Obviously, as we have seen far too many times, once home most the new "converts" were only converted.... to Religious Tourism! Prayer, fasting (if they even tried it!) and sacrifice came to almost a standstill.

The same story with Kibeho, Africa. (4) Mary appeared there in 1981, it was approved in 1982.

One of the visionaries saw: "A river of blood, people who killed one another, abandoned bodies with no one to bury them, a tree on fire, an open chasm, a monster and decapitated heads."

This awful vision was the only one of its kind. In the rest of the apparitions, Our Lady, who had dark skin, encouraged the young women to pray, fast, and do penance.

Thirteen years later the world was shocked with the Rwandan genocide.
Why did it happened? After all, obviously Mary had tried to avert it.

It happened for the same reason as with the situation in Yugoslavia/Medjugorje - Talk is cheap and easy and frankly we are tired of it! Fasting, Prayer and Sacrifice, although free, are hard and require devotional discipline.

The bottom line, brethren, is that the Vatican could not care less about what is going on as long as the Faithful have something to entertain themselves with, so that they do not pay attention to the less-than-holy activities of the Church Administration (like the preparation for the False Second Coming).

Let us now rewind all the way to the year 911 AD and let us see what happens when the Faithful truly obey our Heavenly Mother:

The church was crowded for an all-night vigil. Andrew, the future Saint known as a fool-for-Christ, was there, along with his disciple Epiphanius. At about four in the morning, Andrew and Epiphanius had a vision of the Virgin Mary: She entered through the church doors, escorted by St. John the Forerunner and St. John the Theologian and preceded by a host of angels.

She stopped at the ambo (the great stair-cased pulpit in the center of the church) and knelt there, praying fervently and with tears. She then entered the altar and prayed again and finally removed Her veil and held it out over the faithful as She ascended from them.

They concluded from Her presence that Her intercession would be the protection to the faithful in this hour of trial. And so it happened that the feared military menace was averted.

In conclusion: Cardinal or no Cardinal; Benedict or no Benedict; Church Administration or no Church Administration; Apparitions or no Apparitions - either the Faithful quits talking and starts praying and fasting in earnest, or Divine Mercy will be unattainable for most.

If we are more than fed up with cheap talk, think about how God feels about it.

Do you think our words are harsh? They are not at all when compared with what God will allow (allow, not cause) upon humanity to wake up the few who need to be awakened.

You doubt it? Think again - while you still can!

God allowed World War II because all that would come out of the Church Administration, regarding the Fatima events, was cheap talk - the only thing that they are capable of.

Have you heard that.... the latest "Evangelization" technique is Beating Babies in the Name of Jesus? (1)

There is a brutal movement in America that legitimizes child abuse in the name of God. Two stories recently converged to make us pay attention. Last week, a video went viral of a Texas judge brutally whipping his disabled daughter.

On Monday, the New York Times published a story about child deaths in homes that have embraced the teachings of To Train Up a Child, a book by Christian preacher Michael Pearl that advocates using a switch on children as young as six months old.

What many people may not realize is that in the evangelical alternative universe of the home school movement, tightly knit church communities and the following of a number of big-time leaders and authors, physical punishment of children has been glorified for years.

As the Times illustrates - "Preaching Virtue of Spanking, Even as Deaths Fuel Debate" - the books of Michael Pearl and his wife Debi have been found in the homes where several children were killed.

miguel de Portugal comments: Some large portions of the Four Gospel do not appear in the Mass Lectionary because the same material appears in several of the Gospels. In the case of the Book of Revelations - it is a unique Book which has been heavily censored.

Believe it or not but.... the most talked about and debated Book in the New Testament, St. John's Book of Revelations (Apocalypse),  is the one which is read the least in Holy Mass. Knowing what we now do about the Roman Catholic Church Administration since the fifth century, we are not surprised.

The ignored readings from the first three chapters follow:

Chapter 2 verses 5b-7  and 12-28 have been omitted from the Mass readings.

Did you hear that... French President Nicolas Sarkozy branded Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "a liar" in a private conversation with President Barack Obama that was accidentally broadcast to journalists during last week's G20 summit in Cannes? (1)

"I cannot bear Netanyahu, he's a liar," Sarkozy told Obama, unaware that the microphones in their meeting room had been switched on, enabling reporters in a separate location to listen in to a simultaneous translation.

"You're fed up with him, but I have to deal with him even more often than you," Obama replied, according to the French interpreter.

The technical gaffe is likely to cause great embarrassment to all three leaders as they look to work together to intensify international pressure on Iran over its nuclear ambitions.

The conversation was not initially reported by the small group of journalists who overheard it because it was considered private and off-the-record. But the comments have since emerged on French websites and can be confirmed by Reuters.

miguel de portugal comments: When will these, Oh, so awesome! world leaders learn to keep their mouths shut when there is a risk of an open microphone? This happens so often that we rather believe that it is done on purpose instead of having to acknowledge the limited intellectual capacity of the world leaders. Or is it, world dealers?


Don't they know that they cannot even "trust their own mothers" anymore? You do not have to take our word for it - take His!


Brethren, let us make sure that we do not find ourselves in the receiving end of the following crystal statement from Our Lord Jesus Christ:

Without a doubt you have not heard that... a Spanish judge ordered a web site to remove 'private' documents revealing the inner workings of Catholic organisation Opus Dei. (1)

The new injunction prohibits the website opuslibros.org - set up by former members - from publishing rules of conduct.

The measure follows a complaint that the site was 'violating intellectual property rights' by using unseen writings of its founder. But the website argues it is a 'fight against censorship and secrecy.'

miguel de Portugal comments:  The web site (2) in question is operated by former Opus Dei members who managed to break away from the cult. Our translation of their masthead is: Thanks be to God - We left! Opus Dei: A way to nowhere?

You may be surprised that we say this but, if the documents were indeed private and the former Opus Dei members only had access to them during their brainwashing period, the ruling of the judge seems balanced and fair.

If they had written about their experiences and about what they were taught - both in great detail - that would have been one thing, but publishing internal documents in full, is another.

Have you heard that.... a huge asteroid will pass closer to Earth than the Moon (1) Tuesday, November 8th (2)? (3)

Earth's close encounter with Asteroid 2005 YU 55 will occur at 6:28 p.m. EST (2328 GMT) Tuesday, as the space rock sails about 201,000 miles from the planet.

"It is the first time since 1976 that an object of this size has passed this closely to the Earth. It gives us a great - and rare - chance to study a near-Earth object like this," astronomer Scott Fisher, a program director with the National Science Foundation, said Thursday during a Web chat with reporters.

The orbit and position of the asteroid, which is about 1,312 feet in diameter, is well known, added senior research scientist Don Yeomans, with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California.

"There is no chance that this object will collide with the Earth or moon," Yeomans said.

Scientists suspect YU 55 has been visiting Earth for thousands of years, but because gravitational tugs from the planets occasionally tweak its path, they cannot tell for sure how long the asteroid has been in its present orbit.

"These sorts of events have been happening for most of the lifetime of the Earth, about 4.5 billion years," Fisher said.

Computer models showing the asteroid's path for the next 100 years show there is no chance it will hit Earth during that time, added Yeomans.

"We do not think that it will ever impact the Earth or moon (but) we only have its orbit calculated for the next 100 years," he said.

miguel de Portugal comments: We will not lose any sleep over whether it will hit the Earth or not, now or ever, however, we must chuckle when we read their assertions that:

"Computer models showing the asteroid's path for the next 100 years show there is no chance it will hit Earth during that time", added Yeomans; and

"We do not think that it will ever impact the Earth or moon (but) we only have its orbit calculated for the next 100 years," he said.

These are the same people who, just recently, could not even tell where (or when!) the last two non-functional manmade satellites were going to hit the surface of the Earth.

I have a question that I have been meaning to ask you for a few years. Recent events have prompted me to ask it now: Are Muslims our brothers and sisters in Christ?

I was trying to deal with the idea that Christians are being put to death for not renouncing their faith and accepting the God of the Koran.

We all share the same God. Would it not be all right for a person to renounce their faith to save his life?

I have read that a Christian man, Youcef Nadarkhani (a pastor in Iran), is subject to the death penalty for not renouncing his Christian faith and accepting Islam.

If he did renounce his Christian faith, he is still accepting the same God of us all, just under a different name.

So, would he not be free of a mortal sin?

Time permitting, I would appreciate your input on this.

A. First of all, accept our apologies for the delay in responding to these very important questions. Your e-mail was buried under many other e-mails that also needed attention, thus overlooked until two days ago.

A proverbial book could be written in response to your questions, unfortunately we do not even have the time to attend our correspondence as it should. Nonetheless, we will cover the key issues.

In our document "Judaism, Christianity and Islam Are Not Incoherent Amongst Themselves - On The Contrary, There Is Great Coherence Amongst Them!" (1)  we address the fact that:

 There is an undeniable common denominator that links the original teachings of Islam and Christianity and Judaism. To deny this common denominator necessitates the rejection of the teachings of the Torah, the New Testament and Qur'an. The acknowledgment and acceptance of this common denominator should be the foundation of the harmonious coexistence of the children of God. 

To dispel the conveniently perpetuated error of incoherence between Christianity and Islam, let us go directly to the Holy Qur'an and see what they say about Jesus Christ:

[Note: In the Holy Qur'an "Sürah" is the equivalent to "Chapter" in the Judeo-Christian Holy Scriptures. We will simplify by using, for example, S. III. 45, to signify: Sürah III, verse 45] 

The Annunciation

The Archangel Gabriel announces to Mary:

 in S. III. 45

"O Mary! God giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus..."

and in S. III. 48

"And God will teach him the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel."

Let us take a close look at those pronouncements: The Prophet Mohammed reports that God said what we have quoted above. The Prophet does not say that it is he who was taught "the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel". He says that it was Jesus.

We further read in S.II.45

"a Word from Him (God) ... Will be Christ Jesus..."

This is a firm and clear declaration, through the Prophet Mohammed, that Jesus Christ is the "Word of God made flesh". 

Let us Christians give due credit to the Prophet Mohammed for he is acknowledging here far more than most Christians believe in, if we gauge their belief by how much importance they give to the reality that "...in Jesus resides the Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel."

Spelling out the Mission of Jesus

Mohammed further states in S.III.49 that God said:

"And (appoint him) an apostle (messenger) to the Children of Israel, (with this message): [ In the following statement it is Jesus speaking, according to Prophet Mohammed's account]

"I have come to you, with a Sign from your Lord, in that I make for you out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by God's leave... (I have come to you) to attest the Law which was before me. And to make lawful to you part of what was (before) forbidden to you; I have come to you with a Sign from your Lord. So fear God and obey me."

According to the Gospel, Jesus never claimed to do anything on His own - He always invoked "God's leave" - His Father, His God and our God (paraphrasing His own words). [John 17:1-4]

It seems to even a casual, but objective, observer that the Prophet Mohammed was a staunch supporter and promoter of Jesus Christ and His mission. This is why the wayward Christians and Jews of the time became the enemies of the exhortations of God through the Prophet Mohammed. This enmity resulted in wars and mutual persecutions.

The Greatness of Jesus according to the Qur'an

In S. III 55, God the Father, according to the Prophet Mohammed, said:

'Behold! God said: "O Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow Thee superior."'

The Prophet Mohammed is not saying that his own followers will be "superior" - he is saying, in the Name of God, that those who follow Jesus will be made superior. Hardly a position to justify the abuses by Christians against the Muslims over the centuries - abuses which are now yielding the horrible fruit of terrorism.

In the same verse we read about Jesus' Resurrection and Glorification: "I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme..."

Summarizing what has been stated about Jesus in the Qur'an

In S. III 60 we read:

"The Truth (comes) from God alone; so be not of those who doubt."

The problem arises with the apparent inconsistencies in the Qur'an....

Now it appears that confusion sets within the Qur'an - or is it that God has chosen not to reveal to Mohammed  the reality of the Trinity?

For those not familiar with Islam: Muslims claim that they do not believe in the Trinity, yet, one may read about it in the Qur'an.

In S. IV. 171 we read:

O People of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion; nor say of God ought but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of God, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a Spirit proceeding from Him: so believe in God and His apostles. Say not "Trinity".

It is crystal clear: In the same paragraph where the Trinity is denied they speak of God the Father ("He bestowed on Mary"), the Holy Spirit ( "a spirit proceeding from Him") and Christ Jesus ("His Word") Actually, the Trinity is more clearly illustrated in the Qur'an than in the New Testament. Odd isn't it?

This dichotomy of word and understanding can only be possible if God does not wish the children of Islam to understand the Trinitarian concept as of yet, and that is God's prerogative. This obvious inconsistency, as should be expected, does not diminish the importance the Qur'an ascribes to Jesus and Mary and their mission as the Qur'an continues to uphold and defend them.

Another apparent major problem is a matter of terminology and lack of information.

Muslims do not believe that Jesus is the Son of God... And He is not, if one defines "son" or "daughter" as the product of the union of a male and a female of the human species.

In the Qur'an [S.IV. 171] we also read:

"For God is One God; Glory be to Him: (Far exalted is He) above having a son."

Of course - God is The Uncreated Pure Spirit from Whom all  issue. Obviously He did not "father" Jesus as a man would father a son. The incarnation of Jesus took place as quoted above which is the same that we find in any translation of the New Testament, i.e.

"Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary... For it is through the Holy Spirit that this child has been conceived in her." [Matthew 1: 20]

and

"And the angel said to her in reply: 'The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the holy child to be born will be called the Son of God'" [Luke 1: 35]

But why does this serious challenge appear in the Qur'an who speaks so highly of Jesus, and place Mary on a pedestal which not even the Christians have been able to match in the New Testament? Simply because by the time God entrusted Mohammed to communicate His displeasure to the then known world, the Catholic Church was well into the road of corruption and self service, and not in the service of God. In essence: normally functioning in direct contradiction to what Jesus taught through Matthew 6:24-34.

As you can see, the big difference lies in the fact that, although they describe the Trinity without calling it so,  they do not understand it (some Muslims do now as the result of our document explaining the Secret Concept of the Trinity (2)) thus they cannot accept Jesus as God, yet the Qur'an places Jesus above all.

Therefore, if the individual in question denied his Christian faith, in deference to Islam, to save his life, what he is denying is the belief that Jesus is the Second Person of the Most Holy Trinity but he is certainly not denying God.

Jesus answered your question: "...would he not be free of a mortal sin?" almost two thousand years ago:

And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but he that shall speak against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in the world to come. [Matthew 12:32]

Some may ask: What about the following statement from Jesus: Every one therefore that shall confess me before men, I will also confess him before my Father who is in heaven. But he that shall deny me before men, I will also deny him before my Father who is in heaven? [Matthew 10: 32-33]  Isn't it contradictory with what you have just said?

It is obvious from all the quotes presented above, and many others in the Holy Qur'an, that Islam does not deny Jesus before men. On the contrary, Jesus is exalted above all men in the Holy Qur'an.

In reference to your other question: "Are Muslims our brothers and sisters in Christ?"  Considering the exalted positions occupied by Jesus and Mary in the Holy Qur'an, the only possible answer is: Yes!

We have been sending our postings via e-mail almost daily since the time we sent that letter on September 18th.

We simply do not know what else to do except to recommend that those who are not getting our correspondence and do not have a Yahoo! or GMail mail account (which are free), to get one so that all are able to receive our correspondence.

Is Mario Draghi, the new head of the European Central Bank a member of, or at least 'friendly' to Opus Dei?

A preliminary look shows that Draghi replaced Antonio Fazio, a member of Opus Dei (OD) and currently under house arrest for a corruption conviction, at the Bank of Italy (as president of the bank). Logically, one would suppose that "they" would insert a new OD man to replace the one who got caught. Or at least with one 'friendly' to OD. (1)

Mr. Draghi's tenure at Goldman-Sachs is of considerable interest:


By the time Mr. Draghi earned his Ph. D. in economics from MIT in 1976, Opus Dei had been a strong presence on its campus for 20 years. (3)

When we add together his meteoric rise in the world of the "Obergruppenfurhers" of Mammon, and his constant contact via his positions with members/Cooperators of Opus Dei we must ponder the following principle:

A new documentary about Mayan civilization will provide evidence of extraterrestrial contact with the ancient culture, according to a Mexican government official and the film's producer.
 
Revelations of the Mayans 2012 and Beyond, currently in production, will claim the Mayans had contact with extra terrestrials, producer Raul Julia-Levy revealed to TheWrap.

"Mexico will release codices, artifacts and significant documents with evidence of Mayan and extraterrestrial contact, and all of their information will be corroborated by archaeologists," said Julia-Levy, son of actor Raul Julia.

In a release to TheWrap, Luis Augusto Garcia Rosado, the minister of tourism for the Mexican state of Campeche, said new evidence has emerged "of contact between the Mayans and extra terrestrials, supported by translations of certain codices, which the government has kept secure in underground vaults for some time."
 
"Raul-Julia claims there is proof that the Mayans had intended to lead the planet for thousands of years, but were forced to escape after an invasion by 'men of dark intentions,' leaving behind evidence of an advanced race". 
 
"The Mexican government is not making this statement on their own - everything we say, we're going to back it up," he said.
 
And yes, they expect people to take this seriously, because the messages he plans to impart are crucial to human survival, Julia-Levy insisted.
 
When Julia-Levy, producer Ed Elbert and co-producer Sheila McCarthy announced the Mexican cooperation with their documentary to The Wrap in August, they were circumspect about claims of alien contact, with Julia-Levy admitting he'd been ordered not to say anything about it.
 
Now, not only has Rosado changed his tune, but the Guatemalan government has joined the project, as well, giving access to artifacts and newly discovered prophecies.
 
Raul-Julia claims that the order to cooperate came directly from the country's president, Alvaro Colom Caballero.
 
Revelations of the Mayans 2012 and Beyond begins shooting on November 15 and is due for a theatrical release in late 2012, before the end of the Mayan calendar.

As most of you may have noticed, the world markets are crashing as the result of the Greek Prime Minister George Papandreu's unilateral decision to hold a referendum so that the Greek electorate decide whether they wish to submit to the conditions set by the IMF, the European Central Bank and European Union in order to be rescued financially.

Allow us to share with you some background on this matter; a background that may help you understand why the world is in an apparently uncontrolled free fall.

It is practically impossible to be in Europe and to avoid hearing, several times a day, the details of the Greek Tragedy which has been unfolding since the Greek "Party now and pay later" attitude caught up with them. Therefore, even though we are on a strict "news diet", we can give you some pertinent and tell-tale details.

1. Since the proverbial Day One, most of the Greek people - of all walks of life - were unhappy with the conditions imposed upon them by those who were going to financially bail them out and they made a very clear point of showing their displeasure. We have lost track of the number of strikes, marches, violent demonstrations, etc. that have taken place in Greece since Day One.

Conclusion: There was no doubt whatsoever what the feelings of the Greek populace were regarding the austerity measures associated with the bail out programs.

2. Mr. Papandreu was very cooperative with the European Union, European Central Bank and the IMF on all matters regarding the Greek bail out and the conditions imposed.

3. Mr. Sarkozy (France) and Mrs. Merkel (Germany) did the unimaginable to work out a plan that would be acceptable to all European Union members and that would, in effect, save Greece from default.

Although many claim that it was for France's and Germany's best interest that Greek did not default, the truth of the matter is that they would have been ahead if Greece defaulted and then be swallowed by a Financial Black Hole never to be heard of again. Greece was/is a liability.

Through the latest agreement, Greece was going to have its debt reduced (forgiven) by 140 billion US Dollars - at the expense of the lending banks. Therefore, the loss to France and Germany, if Greece defaulted, was not going to be greater than the loss by their banks for forgiving their debt.

4. After "miracles were worked" at the last European summit held to find a solution for the Greek problem, everyone gave a sigh of relief. Granted, the Greek people were incensed, but they have been incensed since Day One; therefore, there was nothing new at the home front. Actually, we noticed less demonstrations and unrest than before, after the last agreement was reached..

Then...

5. Mr. Papandreu surprises his own government, as well as all of his European Union partners, by unilaterally announcing that he would hold a referendum to see if the Greek electorate approved of the bail out terms. The referendum is to be held two months down the road.

This has caused the markets to plummet and reduced the credibility of the Greek government to zero.

One would have to be completely insane to do what Mr. Papandreu did or have been visited by one of those mysterious visitors who make world leaders change their minds in the time it takes them to wink.

We are sure that it is a coincidence that Mr. Papandreu made his U-turn the same day that  the Italian Mario Draghi, the former Governor of the Bank of Italy and a suspected Opus Dei man, took over European Central Bank.

This should not be surprising. The sooner the world financial system crashes down, the sooner the Vatican's proposed supranational authority to oversee the global economy can be established.  On October 25th we published the following:

Now that the Opus Dei friendly (if not outright member) Christine Legarde (1) has taken full control of the all powerful IMF (at the expense of D. Strauss-Kahn)...

The Vatican called on Monday for an overhaul of the world's financial systems, and once again proposed the establishment of a supranational authority to oversee the global economy, saying it was needed to bring more democratic and ethical principles to a marketplace run amok.

In a report issued by the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, the Vatican argued that "politics - which is responsible for the common good" must be given primacy over the economy and finance, and that existing multinational institutions like the International Monetary Fund have not been responding adequately to global economic problems.

The cardinal noted that the document was timed to "make a contribution which might be useful to the deliberations of the G-20 meeting" next week, but was also directed "to the entire world." (2)

and

(The report) condemned what it called "the idolatry of the market" as well as a "neo-liberal thinking" that it said looked exclusively at technical solutions to economic problems.

"In fact, the crisis has revealed behaviors like selfishness, collective greed and hoarding of goods on a great scale," it said, adding that world economics needed an "ethic of solidarity" among rich and poor nations.

It called for the establishment of "a supranational authority" with worldwide scope and "universal jurisdiction" to guide economic policies and decisions.

Such an authority should start with the United Nations as its reference point but later become independent and be endowed with the power to see to it that developed countries were not allowed to wield "excessive power over the weaker countries."

In fact, one can see an emerging requirement for a body that will carry out the functions of a kind of 'central world bank' that regulates the flow and system of monetary exchanges similar to the national central banks," it said.

"Of course, this transformation will be made at the cost of a gradual, balanced transfer of a part of each nation's powers to a world authority and to regional authorities, but this is necessary at a time when the dynamism of human society and the economy and the progress of technology are transcending borders, which are in fact already very eroded in a globalizes world." (3)

At this time, Mrs. Christine Legarde is the most likely replacement to the disgraced Mr. Dominique Strauss-Kahn (who is Jewish) as head of the all-powerful International Monetary Fund (IMF). If, as we suspect, she is "heavily influenced" by Opus Dei (if not an outright "card carrying" member), the remaining Jews in positions of power have their days in office numbered. That would indeed be something to worry about..... if there were enough time ahead of us.... which is not the case.

Do notice that the Dark Ages covers the period right after Christianity became the Imperial Religion (3) as well as the official "Boogey Man" to keep humanity under control.

What the Renaissance did was to counteract the worst parts of the failed Evangelization of post Constantine Christianity and allowed the advancement of civilization. Unfortunately, man could not use such freedom well and we have ended up in a Hi-Tech, chrome plated sewer, with virtual brilliant lights but, in realty, in greater darkness than Europe found itself from the 6th to the 13th centuries.

Unfortunately, the results from Ms. Laurin research will not be used to admit and to correct the wrongs of the past (the failed Evangelization). Instead, they will be used to further demonize religion.

Since I cannot, then I offer my disgust and revulsion as a sacrifice for the consolation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. After all, if I feel the way I do as we witness how every effort that They have made to help us avoid what now is unavoidable, has been trampled upon, how must They feel?

Let us continue to pray and console Them. It is the least we can do.
