Digital Health: Commission and WHO launch landmark digital health initiative to strengthen global health security

Today, the European Commission and the World Health Organization (WHO) (3) have announced the launch of a landmark digital health partnership.

In June 2023, WHO will take up the European Union (EU) system of digital COVID-19 certification to establish a global system that will help facilitate global mobility and protect citizens across the world from on-going and future health threats. This is the first building block of the WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) that will develop a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.

Since, by default, citizens can move across borders with relative freedom (limited to each country’s laws and treaties), the wording should not be “a global system that will help facilitate global mobility” or “free movement”, but “a global system that will help limit and control global mobility” (4). Let us call a spade a spade.

This partnership will include close collaboration in the development, management and implementation of the WHO system, benefitting from the European Commission’s ample technical expertise in the field. A first step is to ensure that the current EU digital certificates continue to function effectively.

One of the key elements in the European Union’s work against the COVID-19 pandemic has been the digital COVID certificate. To facilitate free movement within its borders, the EU swiftly established interoperable COVID-19 certificates (entitled ‘EU Digital COVID Certificate’ or ‘EU DCC’). Based on open-source technologies and standards it allowed also for the connection of non-EU countries that issue certificates according to EU DCC specifications, becoming the most widely used solution around the world.

With this collaboration, WHO will facilitate this process globally under its own structure with the aim to allow the world to benefit from convergence of digital certificates. This includes standard-setting and validation of digital signatures to prevent fraud. In doing so, WHO will not have access to any underlying personal data, which would continue to be the exclusive domain of governments.

Here, “any underlying personal data” means all the data and resources necessary to link each citizen’s medical status (compliance with pseudo-vaccination) with non-medical databases that may allow the fully identification of the citizen, determine his or her geographic location, and enable possible arrest or further punitive prosecution – without the intervention of a judge.

“Exclusive domain of governments” means that limiting the access to our own private medical data is not “our domain” any more. It is not any more a right of citizens to prevent medical information (in this case, “vaccination status”, even outside of emergency time) from getting into the hands of the executive, judicial, fiscal and penal arms of government. This is so implied that the WHO does not bother to explain this principle.

And “convergence of digital certificates” implies the centralization of control made possible thanks to a network that shares personal data from citizens worldwide. That is, a few —a One World Government?— could determine the fate of billions at the touch of a few buttons. A dream of the “saviors of the world” come true.

The first building block of the global WHO system becomes operational in June 2023 and aims to be progressively developed in the coming months.

This is another (important) building block for establishing a Global Police State.

A previous “building block” to this was intangible: instigating a fear (of a global epidemic) that “justifies” imposing extreme measures of absolutist control even at a time when the epidemic (or “pandemic”, as it was labeled after an interested “redefinition” of this word) has already passed.

It has been shown that the Covid lockdowns did not help to stop, or even mitigate, the epidemic, but their solution is still “let’s do what we can to make it even easier to impose lockdowns in the future”. Does this not reflect a very clear intention?

General commentary:

What to expect, once a new “pandemic” (or a renewed Covid) arrives “providentially” that they so fervently seem to desire?

After the world will be plunged into a situation where “we can no longer do without the digital certificates/passports”, they will “prove” or “suddenly realize” that, “despite our best efforts”, this system of certificates for “free movement” (read: controlled movement) based on “vaccination status” is vulnerable to forgery.

Then, “for the benefit of all”, “the most convenient solution” will be to carry some unforgeable electronic device inside the body (5). For their plans, it would ideally be something capable of connecting to the smartphone, so that the phone —so universal that almost everyone carries one in their hand— can connect further, to the data grid.

Automatically, one thinks of skin implants but, if nanotechnology (6) allows it, electronic components in the nanometer scale (and we are not talking about millimeter-sized, traditional chips) (7) could be introduced through a needle and self-assemble once inside the body – that is, if this is not what they are already doing.

Parallel to that step, there is another step that is very easy to predict: the aim of a purely digital global economy, in which absolutely no economic transaction will be able to occur without being seen and approved by the Almighty (World Government). Of course, a device that would serve to prevent the forgery of pseudo-vaccination status would also serve to prevent the forgery of a key identifier (or “certificate”) connected to the global digital economy. So, “why not make the personal digital certificate serve both ends?” – they will ask, as if it were another improvisation.

The overall plan, of course, is not an improvisation, since they (let us call them “the World Masters”, for simplicity’s sake) are at it for decades, at least half a century. (8) They only change implementation details over time, adapting to new opportunities or difficulties along the way.

For example: for the goal of a fully controlled global economy, the advent of computers at the last part of the 20th century allowed them to think bigger, now in terms of a digital global economy. More recently, the new concept of “digital currency” (which is included by, but is not synonymous with digital economy) has emerged and they may have incorporated it into their latest version of the plan to take over the world “to save it”.

Likewise, what they dreamed decades ago that would be a device implanted in the skin (as they revealed as soon as in 1969) (5), maybe now could be replaced by nanotechnology circulating inside your body, with the added “benefit” that it is not so easily associated with a “mark” (9).

Conclusion

Given that the pseudo-vaccines...

(1) if one does not accept them in a global “emergency”, the rejection is seen as a lack of trust and rejection to the authorities (thus, in a way, a means of spotting and branding “Enemies of the State”) (10);

(2) can be imposed worldwide “in an instant” (11), as the Covid forced crisis has shown;

(3) can be automatically linked to different punishments without the intervention of a judge – from house arrest (“lockdown”) (12), to deprivation of access to the health system, to whatever they decide in the future;

(4) are expected to be linked to, or introduce an essential component of, a personal digital identity (13);

(5) and such digital personal identification is expected to be an absolute requirement in a purely digital global economy (14);

and given that...

(6) the best way to technically accomplish a digital personal identification (providing some technical and non-technical conditions that they will not tell you) is to carry some electronic device irreversibly imprinted, implanted or introduced (on or) inside your body and with a distinct and unique identifier; (15)(16)

Then, it follows that...

The world has never been so close to “a mark imprinted on the right hand or on the forehead, so that no one would be able to buy or to sell unless he has that mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name” [Revelation 13:17]

It is not that the “saviors of the world” believe in that prophecy, it is that they are following a path that leads them inevitably to it.

This would at first be an ID card you would carry on your person and you must show when you are asked for it. It was already planned that later on some sort of device would be developed to be implanted under the skin that would be coded specifically to identify the individual. ... Silicon was mentioned. Silicon at that time was thought to be well tolerated.”

(7) For example, these RFID chips (Radio Frequency IDentification chips), despite they were the state of the art in 2007, are too big to practically being injected through a needle, because they are still in the scale of a fraction of millimeters, not nanometers (1 nanometer = 0.000 001 millimeters).

«When the new system takes over people will be expected to sign allegiance to it, indicating that they don’t have any reservations or holding back to the old system. “There just won’t be any room”, he said, “for people who won’t go along.” ... just the impression the system was not going to support them when they would not go along with the system. That would leave death as the only alternative.»

(11) “In an instant”: In the 1969 Illuminati script (which may have changed in details along the years, but not in the essence), they said thus:

The bringing in of the new system he said probably would occur on a weekend in the winter. Everything would shut down on Friday evening and Monday morning when everybody wakened there would be an announcement that the New System was in place.

(12) “Punishments without the intervention of a judge”: What is a “lockdown” but a massive house arrest without the intervention of a judge? Many lost their jobs for not having the pseudo-vaccines; that is also a massive punishment without the intervention of a judge. Etc., etc.

(13) “The vaccination, expected to be linked to a personal digital identity”: It is simply obvious if we note, for example, that Gavi, "The Vaccine Alliance", is part of the consortium “ID2020 - The Alliance in a market-based approach to ensure that good digital ID is available”, which has been in operation since 2016.

(14) “Digital ID, an absolute requirement in a purely digital global economy”: Let us see what the WEF (World Economic Forum), a well known face of the World Masters, says about the "convenience" of a Digital ID:

The WEF suggests that this data collection dragnet would allow a digital ID to scoop up data on people’s online behavior, purchase history, network usage, credit history, biometrics, names, national identity numbers, medical history, travel history, social accounts, e-government accounts, bank accounts, energy usage, health stats, education, and more.

Once the digital ID has access to this huge, highly personal data set, the WEF proposes using it to decide whether users are allowed to “own and use devices,” “open bank accounts,” “carry out online financial transactions,” “conduct business transactions,” “access insurance, treatment,” “book trips,” “go through border control between countries or regions,” “access third-party services that rely on social media logins,” “file taxes, vote, collect benefits,” and more.

Our comment: It seems too much obvious to us that, once they put this system into place (the New World Order, that God will not allow to be fully implemented), they plan for the “civil death” (i.e., the absolute loss of all connection to society that an individual requires for survival) of those who do not accept their terms. Also, read note (10).

(15) “Irreversibly”: It is a requisite against forgery.
