...it was due to an over abundance of intelligence information, which we were not capable of
processing adequately, that a terrorist attack was almost successful?
(1)
Mr. Obama alluded to criticisms, widely made by the Sept. 11 commission and others in the wake of
the 2001 terrorist attacks, that the myriad U.S. security, intelligence and counterintelligence
agencies were unable to connect the dots and
possibly prevent the attack.
"It's becoming clear that the system that has been in place for years now is not sufficiently up
to date
to take full advantage of the information we
collect and the knowledge we have," the president said. "Had this critical information been
shared, it could have been compiled with other intelligence ... triggered red flags, and the
suspect would have never been allowed to board that plane for America."
The M+G+R Foundation Comments: History repeats itself again, and again and again..... In
this same forum, on Dcember 7th, we published:
Did you know
that........the
following were the capital errors which opened the doors to the bombing of Pearl Harbor?
1. The U.S. Intelligence had, by the Summer of 1940, cracked the Japanese
communication code used by their diplomatic corps. From then on, the U.S. had free access to all
information to and from Tokyo handled by the Japanese Embassy in Washington, D.C.
However, at times the messages
accumulated for as much as a week before being decoded and, after being decoded,
it took additional time before they would reach the
appropriate "desks" in the D.C. maze.
2. The only surveillance the U.S. kept in the Pacific was on the south
because that was the area normally used by the Japanese. [Naturally, the Japanese hit from the
north].
3. The U.S. war planes were not inside their specially designed refuges
because General Short was afraid of sabotage by the local Japanese residents, thus kept them in
the open.
4. The huge Japanese squadron, 353 aircraft, was picked up by the radar of
Kahuku Point at 7:15 A.M. (less than one hour before the attack) and were assumed to be a group of
(only) twelve (!)B-17 that were being expected from the mainland.
5. On the day of the attack, five hours AFTER the last raid, a
telegraph dispatcher delivered, via bicycle, a telegram to the General Headquarters of Admiral
Kimmel. It was a copy, for Admiral Kimmel's information, of a message from General Marshall to
General Short.
This telegram, transmitted via commercial systems, was intended to warn the
military command of Hawaii that, having the Japanese presented an ultimatum on December 7th at
7:30 A.M. (Hawaii time), it would-be a good idea "to be on guard".
Our commenst then
were: First - The amount of intelligence data now
collected via satellites, computers and mobile phones is overwhelming, yet, ultimately it is up to
a human to issue the order to act upon a "red flag". Therefore, the more data is collected the
greater the probability of missing the window of opportunity to act before its too late.
Second - Are we, in and out of the government and of the Armed Forces, in
better shape than we were in 1941? No! Complacency and self deification
has eroded the edge given to us by High Tech.
Just think of how our mental agility for basic arithmetic operations
has declined after the proliferation of inexpensive hand held calculators.

...President Obama just signed an executive order
(1) allowing INTERPOL's
(2) central operations office in the United
States within our own Justice Department
offices?
They are American law enforcement officers working under the aegis of INTERPOL within the US
Justice Department.
Interpol works closely with international tribunals such as the International Criminal Court. It
also works closely with foreign courts and law enforcement authorities such as those in Europe
that are investigating former Bush administration officials for purported war crimes.
Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an
international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law
enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a
repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress,
American law enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?
The M+G+R Foundation Comments:

(1)
Rabbi Leib Tropper, a founder of the hard-line conversion group Eternal Jewish Family (EJF),
announced that he had stepped down as its leader when allegations surfaced in news outlets that he
had engaged in sexual misconduct with a woman while guiding her conversion. Tropper was among
those responsible for major policy changes by the Israeli rabbinate that sparked a worldwide
tightening of conversion regulations.
In a statement issued December 23 to the Forward, Tropper’s representatives said he “wishes to

As the popularity of castrati rose in the 18th century,

The M+G+R Foundation Comments: The question is - Who

...the Hancock group
(1) seem to be
shifting their stance regarding the Maya and what is to come
soon?
We have received an announcement for a conference in Yucatan on January 2010 which contain
statements which are "music to our ears".
For example:
(a) Myths from all around the world speak of a golden age of
humanity brought to an abrupt end by our own arrogance, greed and overweening lust for power. The
Atlantis story is not alone in this respect but one of hundreds of similar “myths” that
testify to a great forgotten episode in human prehistory – a civilisation with advanced
technological accomplishments that severed its connections to its own spiritual roots and thus
“angered the gods”, “lost the mandate of heaven” and was
destroyed.
Destroyed so completely, Plato says, that the survivors had to
begin again like children with almost no memory of what went before.
(b) Is ours the next lost civilisation? Will what we have built
and created with our global scientific culture be swept away, lost beneath the sea or ground to
dust and scattered by the winds?.... Will we be looked back on as a people who lived through
a golden age and squandered it utterly?
In mythical terms, it has to be said, such an outcome looks
chillingly likely.
(c) Perhaps this was why the ancient Maya, keepers of a calendar
of unknown origin and surpassing technological complexity, chose to transmit a warning to
us?
(d) And perhaps it is not too late. For if the Maya were able to
peer into the future then they will have also seen that nothing is inevitable, that the power of
choice remains with us – each one of us as individuals, each society, each alliance of nations
and ultimately the whole of mankind.
Although in some of the other parts of the announcement we find December 21, 2012, as "the date"
(2) as well as some New Age
(3) and New World Order
(4) vernacular, our key messages are
extremely well covered, and for that we thank God.
Relating to the letters [(a), (b), (c) and (d)] used above....
(a) The fundamentals of the Real Time Line of Creation published.
(5)
(b) Where we are right now as a "civilization".
(c) The Maya were not the authors of the calendar but were the keepers of a calendar of unknown
origin and surpassing technological complexity - coherent with the published Real Time Line of
Creation. (5)
(d) The extent of the disasters at our door still is in our hands
(6)
The fundamental items promoted are: Do not despair, the world is not going to end; what will take
place is a newer version of the Noah's Flood type of cataclysm, and we can still do something to
"break the fall" - and all of that is good.
.....a glimpse of the Virgin Mary brings hope to Christians in
Egypt?
(1)
Every night in the run-up to Christmas thousands of Egypt's Coptic Christians have been gathering
in a Cairo suburb eager for a glimpse of a vision that has given hope to their marginalised
community.
It is three hours past midnight in Al-Warrak, a poor working class neighbourhood of the Egyptian
capital, and a 10,000-strong crowd is silently staring at the sky.
Thousands have been coming nightly since the first sighting of the Virgin Mary on December 10, in
the hope of being blessed by her light.
"The first person to spot the sighting of the Virgin Mary was a Muslim neighour. He took a video
and pictures and distributed them to everyone," said Father Fishay, a priest at the Warrak church,
describing how he first heard of the apparition.
Hassan, the Muslim neighbour, was sitting at his local coffee shop when at around 8:30 pm, he saw
a strong light coming from the church.
Others on the street began to notice the light and saw a bird circling above the church. At around
2 am, a vision of the Virgin Mary in her white and blue robes appeared, Fishay said.
The M+G+R Foundation Comments: A lovely

(1)
Poor people who are desperate for cash have been advised to go forth and shoplift from major
stores - by an Anglican priest.
The Rev Tim Jones said in his Sunday sermon that stealing from successful shops was preferable to
burglary, robbery or prostitution.
He told parishioners it would not break the eighth commandment 'thou shalt not steal' because it
'is permissible for those who are in desperate situations to take food that they might not
starve'.
But his advice was roundly condemned by police and the local Tory MP. Father Jones, 42, was
discussing Mary and the birth of Jesus when he went on to the subject of how poor and vulnerable
people cope in the run-up to Christmas.
'My advice, as a Christian priest, is to shoplift,' he told his stunned congregation at St
Lawrence and St Hilda in York.
The M+G+R Foundation Comments: miguel de
Portugal is neither surprised nor shocked. Allow us to explain...
When the man who was later anointed miguel de Portugal was considering the "assembly line
priesthood", one of the steps in the process was an in depth psychological interview and extensive
written test. The interview by the psychologist who handled the testing for the Diocese in
question went extremely well. Then, the written test.
When he came back for the written test results the psychologist was outraged. The problem? Allow
us to explain....
The answer given by him to the following (paraphrased) question....
A man's wife is very ill and is dying. The local pharmacist
would not give the man the only medication that would make a the wife well. The man could not
afford to purchase it. What would you do/recommend?
....was....
"The husband should pray to God so that He would move the
pharmacist to charity and give the medication either free or on credit."
The answer, the future m de P was told, given by all priests was:
"Break in, steal the medication and then pray for
forgiveness."
The future m de P was then referred to a priest psychologist who handled "problem cases" who,
after interviewing him referred him back to the original psychologist.
Her (paraphrased) words - as she dismissed the future m de P - were:
"They are desperate for priests so they will take you
anyway."
It may also be of interest to mention that - in all interviews with priests and lay professionals
associated with this process- not a word or question was ever addressed to the applicant's
sexuality: concepts, ideas, morals, potential or actual inclinations, past experiences, etc.
etc.
Then again - not long afterwards - the same religious order's Catholic High School Principal (who
was a priest) was busted, in union with a few out of town friends, by the vice squad in a
homosexual "book store" not far from where the High School was located. He did not even have the
presence of mind to go elsewhere.
Needless to say - the "assembly line priesthood" idea was jettisoned. The "god" they
believed in had nothing to do with the Real and Living God the future m de P already knew
well.

....archaeologists have unveiled what may have been the home of one of Jesus' childhood neighbors?
(1)
The humble dwelling is the first dating to the era of Jesus to be discovered in Nazareth, then a
hamlet of around 50 impoverished Jewish families where Jesus spent his boyhood.
Archaeologists and present-day residents of Nazareth imagined Jesus as a youngster, playing with
other children in the isolated village, not far from the spot where the Archangel Gabriel revealed
to Mary that she would give birth to the boy.
Based on clay and chalk shards found at the site, the dwelling appeared to house a "simple Jewish
family," Alexandre added, as workers carefully chipped away at mud with small pickaxes to reveal
stone walls.
"This may well have been a place that Jesus and his contemporaries were familiar with," Alexandre
said. A young Jesus may have played around the house with his cousins and friends. "It's a logical

The beatification process of Pius XII, who was Pope during the Second

He is accused of not having done enough to save Jews from the Holocaust,
and Jewish leaders have previously asked Benedict to freeze the process that could lead to

(1)
The Vatican made a declaration on the protection of the figure of the Pope on Saturday
morning. The statement seeks to establish and safeguard the name, image and any symbols of
the Pope as being expressly for official use of the Holy See unless otherwise authorized.
The statement cited a "great increase of affection and esteem for the person of the Holy Father"
in recent years as contributing to a desire to use the Pontiff's name for all manner of
educational and cultural institutions, civic groups and foundations.
...
The declaration alludes to attempts to use ecclesiastical or pontifical symbols and logos to
"attribute credibility and authority to initiatives" as another reason to establish their
“copyright” on the Holy Father's name, picture and coat of arms.
"Consequently, the use of anything referring directly to the person or office of the Supreme
Pontiff... and/or the use of the title 'Pontifical,' must receive previous and express
authorization from the Holy See," concluded the message released to the press.

......as early as the seventh century, there existed a
serious controversy concerning the matter of Icons within Catholicism?
(1)
This controversy created a challenging problem for the Church, for within the Church, there were
two different groups with two different attitudes towards Icons.
The first group of Christians felt that it was improper to use Icons in the Church. They reasoned
that since Jesus Christ was Divine, He could not and should not be portrayed by an earthly image.
They also were convinced that the depiction and veneration of an Image of Christ amounted to
nothing more than idolatry and superstition.
They argued that the faithful would look to the Icon as an idol, and worship it rather than God
Himself. They were sure that Icons would lead people into pagan practices and away from communion
with Christ Himself. These people were known as Iconoclasts, which means 'Icon-breakers,' and with
fiery zeal, they proceeded to fight against the presence of Icons in the Church and to rid
the Church of all Images.
The M+G+R Foundation Comments: The fears
of those who were not in favor of Holy Icons became true "with a vengeance".
It is
extremely rare for someone who practices
the Catholic Faith no to practice idolatry to a great extent - with the Mediterranean countries
leading the list.
We have witness it everywhere.
(2) It would
not be so unsettling except witnessing that as the idolaters adore their idols, Jesus Christ,
truly present in the Blessed Sacrament is essentially
ignored or "honored" with a casual and quick nod while the "Faithful" runs to kiss, touch, lick or
whatever they do to the object of their idolatry
(3).
The same goes with relics - even those who are allegedly of Jesus. What is more important, Jesus
in the flesh in a Tabernacle or a piece of something that touched Him when He walked amongst men?
As those familiar with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament should remember - one of the prayers
offered at that time could not spell out the fundament of the Catholic Faith any clearer:
Lord Jesus Christ, I believe You are as truly present in this
Holy Sacrament, under the sign of bread, as You were when dying upon a cross for the salvation of
all mankind, or as You are now enthroned in Glory in Heaven at the Right Hand of the
Father.
You said that... etc.
People will go halfway across the world to visit the Shroud of Turin and will seldom spend one
hour - thirty minutes! - in prayerful meditation before a Tabernacle.
Idolatry is one of the practices the Second Vatican Council
(4)
tried to control; the amount of statues and/or
icons in churches were supposed to be limited to precious few; typically the Patron/Patroness of
the church, the Virgin Mary and, of course, a Crucifix.
How do you know in which category you fall? That is quite simple....
If you are "locked in to" any particular icon, image or statue - the idolatry component of that
behavior is very high.
If you like to have an icon, image or statue of, say, St. Barbara but the preference to which
one
is strictly based on artistic rendition - the
idolatry component of that behavior is very low.
If you must touch a relic for a cure.... remember, and learn, from what Jesus said:
Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go thy way in
peace. [Luke 8:48]
He did not say:
Daughter, the touching of the hem of my garment
has cured you, did He? We repeat - Faith is a key component to our inter-active
relationship with God. Even if one touched Jesus but had little faith, precious little would
happen. Let us not forget that.....
....Jesus said to them: A prophet is not without honor, but in
his own country, and in his own house, and among his own kindred.
And he could not do any miracles there, only that
he cured a few that were sick, laying his hands upon them.

....Benedict XVI has done everything except raising Galileo to the altars in the last
International Congress at the Pontifial Lateran Univesity?
(1)
The same Galileo who was supressed by the "Holy" Inquisition. Let us read some of Benedict's
gems....
[our highlights]
I am pleased to address my greeting to all the participants in the International Congress on the
theme: "From Galileo's telescope to evolutionary cosmology. Science, philosophy and theology in
dialogue".
.....
The scientist was able to observe with his own eyes
what, until that moment, had been no more than controversial hypotheses. It would not be
wrong to presume that at this sight Galileo's profoundly believing mind must have been opened, as
it were quite naturally, to prayerful praise, making his own the feelings expressed by the
Psalmist: "O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!...
With this discovery, the cultural awareness of
facing a crucial point in the history of humanity
increased. Science was becoming something different from what the ancients had always
thought it to be.
...
Galileo then showed in practice how to approach and
observe the phenomena themselves in order to understand their secret causes. The method of
deduction gave way to that of induction and prepared the ground for experimentation.
.....
There is no conflict on the horizon between the various branches of scientific knowledge and of
philosophy and theology. On the contrary, only to the extent that they succeed in entering into
dialogue and in exchanging their respective competencies will they be able to present truly
effective results to people today.
Galileo's discovery was a crucial landmark in the
history of humanity.
It led to other great discoveries, with the invention of instruments that have made the
technological progress achieved precious.
From the satellites that observe the various phases of the universe which has paradoxically become
smaller to the highly sophisticated machines used by biomedical engineering, everything shows the
greatness of the human mind which, according to the biblical commandment, is called to "subdue"
the whole of creation
miguel de Portugal
Comments: There is no doubt that
"Galileo's discovery was a crucial landmark in the history of
humanity." since it showed the Wizard of Oz techniques used by the Roman Catholic Church

....the Vatican defrocks African archbishop Milingo for defiance?
(1)
The Zambian monsignor has long been a problem for Rome. He angered the Vatican when he was married
in 2001 to a South Korean woman by the Rev. Sun Myung Moon of the Unification Church.
He was excommunicated in 2006 after installing four married men as bishops in defiance of the
Roman Catholic Church requirement that its clergy be celibate.
The Vatican moved Thursday to thwart renegade African Archbishop Emmanuel Milingo from ordaining
more bishops in defiance of the pope, stripping him of his priestly functions so any future
ordinations by him would be invalid.
The M+G+R Foundation
Comments: One cannot accuse the Vatican of
impatience when it comes to Milingo. Unfortunately, this show of institutional charity "flies in
the face" of some of the most fundamental teachings and severe warnings of Our Lord Jesus
Christ.
Woe to the world because of scandals. For it must needs be that
scandals come: but nevertheless woe to that man by whom the scandal cometh.
[Matthew 18:7]
Archbishop Milingo's behavior has been a scandal (harming the Faith of the innocent, child like,
trusting members of the Catholic Church) since 2001 and Rome's ambiguity has prolonged the scandal
for nearly eight years.
Regarding the "stripping of priestly functions" - in this case and any other case.... If God would
not take away the faculties granted to Lucifer and the angels that followed him, we do not believe
that once the priestly faculties are granted (by God through a human) they can be taken away. It
seems that the Vatican wants to upstage God again.
Of course, it is within the power (
and duty) of the
church Administration to forbid Milingo to act on its behalf and make such ban publicly known. The
consequences to Milingo of misusing said faculties are strictly between Milingo and God.
The closest parallel we can draw to this situation is when someone goes to communion in defiance
to the conditions set forth for such Sacrament: The communicant is voluntarily sealing its own
condemnation (unless, of course, he/she acknowledges the sin before body and soul separation, aka
"death").

Mount Mayon in the central Philippines began spewing rivers of lava and

Officials say a major eruption could occur in the coming days. The evacuation order came after

The officials said the contractor, who works for a company based in the Washington suburbs, was

The detainee, officials said, was employed by

provides services to the United States government in countries around the world.

Malicious programs are rampaging through Web sites like Facebook and

of their friends and followers
The humiliation sown by these attacks is just collateral damage. In most
cases, the perpetrators are hoping to profit from the referral fees they get for directing people
to sketchy e-commerce sites. In other words, even the crooks are on social networks now —
because millions of tightly connected potential victims are just waiting for them
there.
Often the victims lose control of their accounts after clicking on a link

Comments: The reader may ponder as to why
we touch on these subjects so often and not stay within faith related matters.
The answer - although not obvious - is simple: The greatest threat the Faithful faces today is to
fall for the deception of the staged Second Coming of Christ. We must ensure that the Faithful
understands the deception forces which are at work in all areas. It is like providing a
vaccination - immunity, if you will - so that as many as possible do not fall for the greatest
deception of all.
The warning about this torrent of deceptions was given by John the Evangelist:
And the serpent cast out of his mouth after the woman, water as

....the idea of a planetary law, such as China's one-child policy, is being "floated" as the only
way to reverse the disastrous global birthrate currently at one million births every four days?
(1)
The "inconvenient truth" overhanging the UN's Copenhagen conference is not that the climate is
warming or cooling, but that humans are overpopulating the world.
Ironically, China, despite its dirty coal plants, is the world's leader in terms of fashioning
policy to combat environmental degradation, thanks to its one-child-only edict.
China has proven that birth restriction is smart policy. Its middle class grows, all its citizens
have housing, health care, education and food, and the one out of five human beings who live there
are not overpopulating the planet.
and then a Chinese official in Copenhagen brings it up
(2) two days later.....
Population and climate change are intertwined but the population issue has remained a blind spot
when countries discuss ways to mitigate climate change and slow down global warming, according to
Zhao Baige, vice-minister of National Population and Family Planning Commission of China (NPFPC) .
"Dealing with climate change is not simply an issue of CO2 emission reduction but a comprehensive
challenge involving political, economic, social, cultural and ecological issues, and the
population concern fits right into the picture," said Zhao, who is a member of the Chinese
government delegation.
Many studies link population growth with emissions and the effect of climate change.
"Calculations of the contribution of population growth to emissions growth globally produce a
consistent finding that most of past population growth has been responsible for between 40 per
cent and 60 percent of emissions growth," so stated by the 2009 State of World Population,
released earlier by the UN Population Fund.
Although China's family planning policy has received criticism over the past three decades, Zhao
said that China's population program has made a great historic contribution to the well-being of
society.
As a result of the family planning policy, China has seen 400 million fewer births, which has
resulted in 18 million fewer tons of CO2 emissions a year, Zhao said.
The M+G+R Foundation
Comments: What a "revolutionary"
solution!
Let us wait now and see when they will add the secondary "benefits" from the one child per family
policy. "Benefits" like:
(a) Lower unemployment;
(b) "Morally justified" abortion ("After all, it would be for
the benefit of all" they will say);
(c) Increased food supply, with logically lower prices;
(d) Trading in the futures markets certificates of "Birth Right".... i.e. One couple sells their
right to their one child to a couple who wants to have two;
etc.
Will the theme for the next Gay Pride Parade - should there be another one - be:
"
More deviation... less population!" ?
For those who have not caught on yet as to where the world is at now, allow us to interpret that
handwriting on the wall: All manner of insanity is possible and every day the magnitude of
the "
What next?" will greatly surpass the day's before
until God finally says

....a Catholic nun said that the defeat in the Senate of the pro-life Nelson amendment on the
feast of the Immaculate Conception was "providential" and that Mary was the first woman in the
bible to express "choice."?
(1)
In fact, one Catholic nun is downright giddy over the defeat. Sister Donna Quinn is pro-choice. In
fact she was rebuked by her order for escorting women into abortion clinics. That is horrible
enough. But what she had to say about the defeat of the Nelson amendment on the feast of the
Immaculate Conception is monstrous.
“The Amendment lost today but now the work will be to take this Bill and come out with the
same good news when the Senate and House work together,” Quinn said.
Citing a poem about the Virgin Mary, Quinn noted the providential date of the amendment’s
defeat.
“I was reminded of being with men and women from the Unitarian faith tradition last year
as they celebrated Mary who by her [ascent], they believed, was one of the first women in the New
Testament to express Choice,” Quinn said.
The M+G+R Foundation
Comments: This poor
(2) soul is so ignorant and under
evangelized
(3) that she is unable to
understand
the difference between a
choice before and a
choice after.
God gave us free will and will not impose upon any of us His Will
unless we choose to accept it - to the point of
giving Mary, ever Virgin, a choice before Jesus was conceived in Her womb by the action of the
Holy Spirit of God.
Only within that context, not only Mary, but God
is also pro choice. To equate the choice of conception to the choice of murdering a defenseless
human creature would be the same as equating water with fire.
Now.... as to the why is sister Quinn allowed to misrepresent Christianity and scandalize the
Faithful - that is another matter. A matter easily understood if we consider that...
a. The Chair of Peter has defined pedophilia as a crime against
customs. (4)
b. The Chair of Peter has rewarded Cardinal Law
(5) - a pedophile apologist - with the most important Marian Basilica in the world
- Santa Maria Majore in Rome.
c. The Chair of Peter has placed as the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith
Archbishop-turned-Cardinal Levada (6)
who was served a subpoena in San Francisco (just before scurrying to Rome) for the same reason Law
had to resign in Boston.
d. The Irish Catholic Hierarchy, clergy and religious order have used innocent human creatures
entrusted to their care as sex toys for
decades (7) with the, by
default, consent of the Chair of Peter.
e. Etc., etc., etc., ad nauseum
There is no telling what little dirty secrets sister Quinn may have on her superiors - Dominicans
as well as Diocesan. If she still "preaching abortion" she must have a closet full of them or her
superiors are more stupid than we give them credit for.
If we were her Diocesan superior, after confirming her activities, we would convene a press
conference at her convent and with the cameras rolling would place her outside her convent and
throw after her whatever belongings she had with the instructions of not ever coming back
unless she did it on her knees and with a
contrite heart.
(8)
But then again.... can her superiors, who reside in mansions with very breakable glass roofs,
throw a rock at her? We doubt it; they have too much to lose.
We must remember that we are dealing with
"....the great harlot
which corrupted the earth with her fornication...." [Rev.
19:2]
Knowing that there is no going back for institutionalized religion and the world, we look forward,
and with great anticipation, that God deals with Babylon the Great as we read in Revelations 18.
The sooner the better for every day that goes by more souls are harmed than converted. The timing
and the manner, as well as its execution,
to be
determined solely by God and by no one else.

61 % is a shamefully low percentage for those who should be Evangelizing the world.

And if you will receive it, he is Elias that is to come.
In Luke 1: 17 some light is being shed on this mystery....
And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias;
that he may turn the hearts of the fathers unto the children, and the incredulous to the wisdom of
the just, to prepare unto the Lord a perfect people.
Notice the part "in the spirit and power of Elias".
Now, let us "fast rewind" to 2 Kings 2:15....
And the sons of the prophets at Jericho, who were over against
him, seeing it said: The spirit of Elias hath rested upon Eliseus.
...and to 2 Ecclesiasticus 48: 13....
Elias was indeed covered with the whirlwind, and his spirit was
filled up in Eliseus: in his days he feared not the prince, and no man was more powerful than
he.
Now notice
"The spirit of Elias

of Elias - which was not. To understand how this works we refer the serious reader to our document

“In my recent Encyclical, I have tried to show the prime
importance of God both in one's private life and in the life of society, of the world, of history.
... If the fundamental relationship – that with God – is not living, is not lived, then no
other relationship can find its right form. But this is also true for society, for humanity as
such. Here, too, if God is missing, if God is discounted, if he is absent, then the compass is
lacking which would show the way forward, the direction to follow in relationships as a whole.”
Comments: Here we have the
religious leader of one sixth of mankind saying that “for humanity as such,” God is

....the Russian Orthodox Church has published a book in Italian and Russian with texts from
Benedict XVI on the culture of Europe?
(1)
This is the first time the Moscow Patriarchate is publishing a compilation of texts from a Pope.
It is titled "Europe, Spiritual Homeland," and includes addresses by Joseph Ratzinger during the
course of more than a decade.
The presentation of the book will take place Wednesday in Rome during a round table on "The Role
of the Churches in the Cultural Integration of Europe."
The volume will be introduced by the chairman of the Department of External Affairs of the Moscow
Patriarchate, Archbishop Hilarion Alfeyev.
"This book is an event of unprecedented historic scope in the millennial history of Catholics and
Russian Orthodox," explained the editor of the book, Pierluca Azzaro. "But before and above all,
it is a great testimony of love of Christ and between Christians. From this love springs -- should
spring -- European culture in all its manifold expressions: a living culture, imbued with an
authentically creative moral energy, all together geared to the building of a good future for
all."
The M+G+R Foundation comments:
Someone must inform the Vatican that the Russian Orthodox Church does not represent all the
Patriarchates of the Church of the East.... but by now, it really is a moot
point....
It would be wasting time, which could be used for prayer, as it would in choosing a bathing suit

and that....
....the following were the
capital errors which opened the doors to the bombing of Pearl Harbor?
The M+G+R Foundation
Comments: First - The amount of intelligence data
now collected via satellites, computers and mobile phones is overwhelming, yet, ultimately it is
up to a human to issue the order to act upon a "red flag". Therefore, the more data is collected
the greater the probability of missing the window of opportunity to act before its too late.
Second - Are we, in and out of the government and of the Armed Forces, in
better shape than we were in 1941? No! Complacency and self deification
has eroded the edge given to us by High Tech.
Just think of how our mental agility for basic arithmetic operations
has declined after the proliferation of inexpensive hand held calculators.

.....the conservative Biblical Scholars alluded to yesterday
(1) may have a
"technical
point" when they claim that Jesus did not say: "Father,
forgive them; for they know not what they do"?
The M+G+R Foundation
comments: Of course their
"technical point" shows that they have little
real knowledge of the Holy Scriptures, less knowledge of
Jesus true man and true God
(2) and no
knowledge of the meaning of coherence.
Our Greek New Testament
(3) was based
on "....the study and critical research of generations of scholars..." who, statistically
speaking, could not all be liberals. Nonetheless, as professionals would do, the editors placed a
footnote to the verse in question (Luke 23:34) which reads:
Some
early manuscripts do not have this sentence because that is a fact. The question is - What
does that fact mean?
However, the point of the "conservative Biblical Scholars" collapses under the weight of other
statements found in the Gospels. For example:
44 But I say to you, Love your enemies: do good to them that
hate you: and pray for them that persecute and calumniate you:
[Matthew 5]
27 But I say to you that hear: Love your enemies, do good to
them that hate you. 28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them that calumniate you. 29 And to
him that striketh thee on the one cheek, offer also the other.
[Luke 6]
35 But love ye your enemies: do good, and lend, hoping for
nothing thereby: and your reward shall be great, and you shall be the sons of the Highest; for he
is kind to the unthankful, and to the evil. [Luke
6]
14 For if you will forgive men their offences, your heavenly
Father will forgive you also your offences.
[Matthew 6]
26 But if you will not forgive, neither will your Father that is
in heaven, forgive you your sins. [Mark
11]
13 Go then and learn what this meaneth, I will have mercy and
not sacrifice. For I am not come to call the just, but sinners.
[Matthew 9]
The most logical words to be uttered by a man who spoke as we have shown above - a man Whose life
was an ongoing example of what He taught - would have been precisely:
"
Father, forgive them, for they know not what they
do."
As if the above was not enough to crush the Cafeteria Theology of those "Biblical Scholars"
consider this: No one on its right mind would abuse, humiliate, torture and kill the Man who was
the embodiment of the full Spirit of God
(2); that is: God in the Flesh.
Remember Him also saying: 7 If you had known Me, you would
without doubt have known my Father also: and from henceforth you shall know Him, and you have seen
Him. [John
14]
This is why, brethren, we must approach the Holy Scriptures as we have explained elsewhere
(4), otherwise the enemies of God, hiding
behind Piety or Scholarly status, will dismember it and reduce it to the proverbial Old Wives
Tales status.

33 And in the synagogue there was a man who had an unclean
devil, and he cried out with a loud voice, 34 Saying: Let us alone, what have we to do with thee,
Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the holy one of God. 35
And Jesus rebuked him, saying: Hold thy peace, and go out of him. And when the devil had thrown
him into the midst, he went out of him, and hurt him not at all.
[Luke 4]
and
28 And when he was come on the other side of the water, into the
country of the Gerasens, there met him two that were possessed with devils, coming out of the
sepulchres, exceeding fierce, so that none could pass by that way. 29 And behold they cried out,
saying: What have we to do with thee, Jesus Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before
the time? [Matthew 8]
Unclean spirits must speak the truth when God deems it appropriate - they have no choice. As we
have said many times - satan and his agents must serve God for God is above all. Let us not
never forget that satan is just another creature
of God.
Our readers may have heard us say many times that the Church Administration makes the discharging
of m de P's function much easier than it could be precisely by doing or saying things like
Benedict XVI just did.
and that.....
....now the claim, by conservative Biblical Scholars, is that Jesus did not say: "Father, forgive
them; for they know not what they do."?

liberal biblical scholars, even if it appears in some form in almost every translation of

Comments: How else can the "conservative"
justify the killing, pillaging and plundering carried out the Name of Christ for 1600
years?
As the saying goes: When you see your neighbors'
beard on fire, start soaking yours. That is the mentality of the brief reign of the False
Christ.
At the risk of being labeled a flaming liberal all we have to say is:
Father, forgive them; for they know not what they
say.

.....faith without the total abandonment to what
God Wills and the certainty that
"....whatsoever you ask when ye pray, believe that you shall
receive; and they shall come unto you" yields very little if any?
(1)
Such statement may sound redundant or obvious - yet it is not. The lack of
total abandonment to whatever
God Wills as the solution to the problem at hand is the one spiritual state which blocks Divine
Action the most.
There are times when God demands - for whatever good reason - that a child of His accepts the
worst, and we mean really accept, so that He
works the deliverance miracle at the proverbial 11th hour.
That is the crux of the Abrahamic message contained in the almost sacrifice of Isaac.
That is what it takes to know that He will come through
even while being in a foreign land, not even having money for a cup of coffee (literally),
surviving by eating whatever was left in the pantry - a pantry that was going to be no more since
there was no money for next rent payment, and not being able to ask for any kind of help from
anyone - family included.... while keep doing whatever it was that He expected you to do in
life.
Just as He promised - He came through.
Of course, we are not to "sit and do nothing" and let God do it for us. We are to engage ourselves
in earnest in whatever is the Will of God for us, know that there is nothing impossible for Him
and place our total and absolute trust in His
deliverance.... while being ready to walk up to
the edge of the precipice if that is His Will.
Most individuals are not aware that St. Teresa de Jesús (de Avila) practically lived her entire
religious life "just one step ahead" of the Spanish Inquisition - a particular "brand of the
Inquisition" which was not exactly known for its charity and mercy. She just kept "her nose to the
Divine appointed grind stone" and He took care of the rest.
It does not matter if one is an insignificant (by world standards) individual or Queen Isabel (of
Portugal) who rightfully was canonized for the merciful and charitable deeds during her lifetime -
it is just a matter of total abandonment to the Will of God.

.....a new Senate report indicates that an order from Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld caused
Osama bin Laden to slip through our hands?
(1)
According to a Democratic congressman, Rep. Maurice Hinchey of New York, that slip-up may not have
been accidental.
Rep. Maurice Hinchey had an answer for his own question: "That was done by the previous
administration because they knew very well that if they would capture al-Qaeda, there would be no
justification for an invasion in Iraq."

Of course, Rep. Hinchey will be called a conspiracy theorist, etc., etc. but do not forget
